I've tried a few VAs and have had MyTasker for about 5 months now on full time. Being a business owner within multiple industries, Soumen and the team are able to cater to our every needs. Even though they are in India and sometimes our English accents get misinterpreted over the phone, that does not interfere with the task's end result.
I overcome this by creating a video instruction over chrome extension ScreenCastify and never have any issues.
Bas just completed another successful task for me and he asked me to give an honest review.

Overall, great service - they can't do enough for you. A few times I've spent a little more time than I would have liked explaining how to do things or correcting work (hence the 4 stars) but, as I said, they are very receptive to constructive criticism and will endeavour to correct things the second time the task is sent to them.

I can't fault their ethic or responsiveness to emails either. I would recommend to anyone who needs a VA

So I interviews today and it was good. The interview rounds are good, the office itself is not that great looking, it is okay.

I have been working with MyTasker for the last few months and don't know how I managed without them! I looked into VA services in the US as the UK as well and decided on MyTasker due to their range of services and price structure. They have been fantastic! I've worked with several people, but there is one person who manages all my work (thank you Tom S), which is very helpful. I also want to say a special thanks to Mrinmoy MS for their help with checking routine assignments for my university students. They help me work through them to see if they're completed, and flag what needs my expertise which is a huge time saver. Mrinmoy has also done a fabulous job with travel arrangements and expense reports for my business. Others on the team have also done excellent work for my business, such as calendaring (thanks Anirban DG), drafting and scheduling emails on MailChimp (thanks Sudipto B.), compiling expense reports, purchase gifts for clients (thanks again Mrinmoy!) creating and editing social media content (Soumi M.), and research and compiling my mailing list (thanks Roma B and Samrat G). I have been very impressed with MyTasker. They get everything done in a timely and professional manner. They are able to handle complicated tasks and are very detail-oriented. They ask great questions and seem to think of everything.

I hired MyTasker about 4 months ago to assist with administrative tasks such as setting up recurring emails, calendar management and creating customer lists. Most of these tasks are repeated either weekly or monthly. My VA has carefully learned what I need, and within one or two tries is able to execute it consistently. He is also very organized and keeps track of deadlines well. It takes some patience to learn to work with a VA, and I m still learning, but I m very glad that I made the effort to start doing so. It is definitely removing some time and stress from my schedule.
