Overall, great service - they can't do enough for you. A few times I've spent a little more time than I would have liked explaining how to do things or correcting work (hence the 4 stars) but, as I said, they are very receptive to constructive criticism and will endeavour to correct things the second time the task is sent to them.

I can't fault their ethic or responsiveness to emails either. I would recommend to anyone who needs a VA
