I have been working with MyTasker for the last few months and don't know how I managed without them! I looked into VA services in the US as the UK as well and decided on MyTasker due to their range of services and price structure. They have been fantastic! I've worked with several people, but there is one person who manages all my work (thank you Tom S), which is very helpful. I also want to say a special thanks to Mrinmoy MS for their help with checking routine assignments for my university students. They help me work through them to see if they're completed, and flag what needs my expertise which is a huge time saver. Mrinmoy has also done a fabulous job with travel arrangements and expense reports for my business. Others on the team have also done excellent work for my business, such as calendaring (thanks Anirban DG), drafting and scheduling emails on MailChimp (thanks Sudipto B.), compiling expense reports, purchase gifts for clients (thanks again Mrinmoy!) creating and editing social media content (Soumi M.), and research and compiling my mailing list (thanks Roma B and Samrat G).
