Excellent small plates, try all the delicious offerings and try some excellent Vino.

Portuguese food and the scene at this place is super good. arrived at five, it wasn't busy. the staff was very welcoming and sociable. this place has a nice design. this place has many good reviews for a reason.

This place has the best menu concept I've ever seen, at unheard of value!

After a day of wine tasting, it was a nice distraction. I would make it part of a larger visit as opposed to a destination.

Amazing food, good service - place to go for Portuguese food!

Explanations of what the food is would be nice for those for whom this is a new experience. Food was great and the staff was helpful and friendly. Wine glasses for wine would also be nice. Drinking wine out of thick water glasses was kind of strange.

So tasty. Olives, peppers, cheese, soup, wine... pretty expensive, but this is downtown Sonoma. Sighed as I ordered more, because it was just too good not to.

Nice little food and beversge spot. Food was tasty and different. From oysters to duck to scallops to epanadas. Tapas galore. Good service and great atmospere with professional Brazilians womens soccer on the tv.

Something interesting. Better example of ports than "the girl and the fig". Interesting and flavorful tappas. The seafood items (ceviche, octopus) are a bit more vinegary than I would like and what I experience in Portugal. If I lived in the area, this would be my bar of choice.

The tapas options are not very good. I did not like. - We ordered homemade sausage which was the best. Only Portuguese wines. Are good. But in a region of excellent wines, such as Sonoma, my opinion should have been part of the wine list in the area. - A pity! - We only stayed one night and it was a shame we did not get to meet other restaurants. In this, the best was to Agua San Pelegrino. Sonoma is a very beautiful city!

In the pretty town of Sonoma this cozy restaurant offers an interesting variety of tapas of Portuguese cuisine. The quantities are right to taste different dishes and the offer is tasty and interesting with moderate prices (in the California average).

I just can t tell you how much I love this place!

My husband and I try to go there after we close our own local business - after 9 on generally for a little bite. Despite having our own wine centric business, we love coming in to Tasca Tasca for their amazing Portuguese wines by the glass - I especially love that they have 3-ounce pours so that I can try more than one ...
And they have a beautiful mini beef pot roast! Its off the charts fantastic! Delicious, lean, melt in your mouth chunks of tender beef with fabulous, delicious mashed potatoes. The beet salad that we ordered with it was absolutely divine and the kale salad with anchovy dressing was scrumptious.

I can t wait to go again I hope we get so busy that we forget to eat dinner tomorrow night, too, so that we can drop into Tasca Tasca and have another mini-late-night-date-night-tapas din

A nice, affordable wine selection coupled with a ton of cheese, fish, and meat tapas to choose from. They are also open and serving food until midnight which was a plus!

Reasonable considering where you're at! Great concept and wonderfully executed. Staff are helpful in explaining the menu.

The food here is always delicious, unique for Sonoma, and service attentive. I especially like the port flights - a great way to experience different ports.

I only tried a few things but here goes...
Pork sliders - solid 10/10 flavor. Must get. Done as well as a full on bbq restaurant.
Dungeness crab empanadas - excellent and stuffed with crab. Light flavor.
Monterey squid salad - tasty and good
Kale salad - typical kale salad. Good. Unremarkable.

On top of that, the girls had a great attitude and were very friendly and welcoming. I love this restaurant!

The ceviche was overwhelmed by the cucumbers in it. And the octopus had the same flavoring as the ceviche. The pig's ears were good but very chewy. Overall was not impressed.

What a unique and special place to have a moment in. Plus, such a cute spot. My friend and I explored the menu items giving our pallet a spin trying new things. Great service too!

Pretty nice Portuguese tapas place. We ordered seven tapas for $32. While each individual dish were pretty small, seven of them were enough as lunch for two. We also loved their port flight.

Such good food and a really good value. Definitely a good introduction into Portugese food and tapas. I feel like tapas really allows you to try a diverse range of dishes, instead of the American idea of sitting down to a giant portion of one thing. Highly recommend the octopus salad.

Best tapas in the Bay Area. The staff is the best and the service is great. Try the sardines .... no, really!

It was $10 for the sangria and the taste was amazing - literally the best sangria I ever had! It was perfectly delicious and very high quality. I would have ordered another if it wasn t so expensive!

The sliced duck breast was very tender and delicious; the fried salted cod, definitely yummy. The rice pudding had good flavor but was kind of dry - it needed more moisture. We had the fried potatoes with cheese but the aioli sauce tasted somehow off, and the potatoes needed to be cooked a tad bit more.

The escargot was served in a mini skillet, it was very tasty and had lots of garlic and butter so we ordered extra bread to sop it up. My sister's daughter was a little upset that we ordered such a yucky thing as escargot and declared she wasn t going to eat it, but we made her try a taste and then it was over! She kept eating it and saying how good it was lol. Their Mac and Cheese was tasty, good and basic. Their mini pork sliders were extra yummy and tender. The best thing on the plate!

This place has a wonderful combination of Portuguese inspired tapas selections. I had come here around 4:30 on a Tuesday during the farmers market and was able to sit at any table I wanted. With a group of three people we chose the seven options for $35 which was satisfying for three people. The cocktails and wine selection were all very good as well as the food. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for food rich in flavor.

Great meal for two because you can try many items! Highlights were smoked duck and tripe. Kale salad was solid. Crab empanadas and salt cod cakes were both good but similar, so I d just get one with a slight preference for that cod cakes.

Delicious food. Good prices. Every item we tried (7 tapas for $35 as of 2/2019) was delicious. Sausage, Mac and cheese, crab empada, cod cakes, ceviche.... all of them. If you re not sure where to go for food in Sonoma, definitely give this place a try.
