I can not say enough great things about the sales ...

I can not say enough great things about the sales team at Tasca Cranston. I recently purchased a pre-owned Toyota Camry from Sales Rep. Raja Khan, who was "top of the line", polite and had excellent customer service skills. I was also introduced to the manager, Phil Hadfield, who also was personable. Andrew from finance was very consistent with efforts. This whole team was diligent and committed. The vehicles, aggressive pricing and customer service speaks for it self...I was very satisfied and strongly recommend Tasca Cranston, RI for anyone's next vehicle purchase.

I came to Tasca for my first new car purchase at the recommendation of my in-laws. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Bayo Dina was very well informed about the model I was interested in, a 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback, and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. Bernie was also very informed and is a great ambassador for the Mazda brand. Both of these men know their stuff, guided me through the buying process and gave me a fair price on the vehicle. Ryan in the finance department had a streamlined process and was able to find me appropriate financing. Undoubtedly he made the compent I was most concerned with easy and uncomplicated. I will return to Tasca and recommend their services to any and all. Mr. Tasca himself even stopped by to make sure I was satisfied with the experience. Thank you Tasca Mazda!

Devin had a number of vehicles ready for my review and test drive when I arrived. Everyone ended up staying after closing to complete the sale process. Brought my truck into dealership for new set of tires and 4 wheel alignment. I shopped around at all the major tire retailers and found Tasca had the best price and had my truck in and out of service dept. in less than 3 hours. While the truck was in the shop my service advisor Chris Promades found an unresolved recall and had that repair taken care of as well! I also spoke with the mechanic who worked on my truck Chris Thayer. He let me know that he did a visual inspection of my truck's undercarriage, breaks, exhaust etc. just to be thorough. Thanks to both Chris Promades and Christopher Thayer for going the extra mile. Great Job!

I just purchased my second vehicle from Tasca in Cranston RI. My first car purchase was such a great experience that when I was ready to trade my car in for something a little bigger, I called the same Sales Rep that I worked with previously, Lou Colon, because he was so great to do business with. Once again, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. For the second time, I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I will always go back to this dealership first when I'm back in the market for a car. The sales experience, the fairness in price, the variety and quality of their inventory, their willingness to work with you to make you happy....I could go on and on. This dealership is absolutely my #1 choice and I'll be a customer for life!

I brought my vehicle in for service a few weeks ago. While it took a while to determine and correct the issue, Chris Promades, my Service Advisor, was with me the whole way. He was kind, sympathetic and informative throughout the entire process. When I got my car back, I called him with some follow up questions and he was so down to earth and was not hesitant to politely explain things to me and work with me to ensure that I would be satisfied with the outcome. My father and I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Tasca Ford our first time around. We first met Walter Marsh as we buying our first car from another Sales Person. He came over to introduced himself to us and he was so nice and ensured us if we need anything to ask him.
As soon as my dad I left Tasca we both agreed that we would buy our next car from Walter, however we did not think it would be so soon. After having our Ford Escape for two months we decided it was not the car for us and we wanted to see if we could get a Ford Edge.
We had a meeting with Walter on Sunday to discuss how we could go about making this happen. Walter discussed all of our options with us and just like that Walter helped us pick the best possible option that worked for us. We than met with Ryan Haxton one of the finance Manager, and he discussed a few things with us, but since it was a Sunday he had to wait to give us exact figures. Ryan and Walter told us to come back the next day so that they could do their part in making this deal happen.
When we arrived the next day It was clearly that they went above and beyond to make us happy. The car was parked out front and it looked absolutely amazing I could not get over that it was the same car that we test drove. We went inside to finalize the paper work, and just like that we be came new owners of a Ford Edge
I want to thank the amazing team as Tasca that made this all possible, if you ever want to buy a car or sell a car or lease etc go to Tasca Ford and you will not regret it

Bought a car here and had a positive buying experience but, now, 3 years later, I have cracks on the body of my car. I brought my vehicle to my mechanic to get it appraised come to find out the vehicle had been in a big accident prior to me getting it and the body work done was not done properly. I tried to get in touch with the dealership but noone seems to want to assist me. When I asked for a carfax when I bought the car I was told it showed a small fender bender with no work needed. I really hope I wasn't lied to just to get me sold on a car

Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who directed us to our sales representative. Victor was busy with another customer but his sales assistant showed us two vehicles that we test drove. When we returned from our test drives, Victor, our sales rep, had all of our pricing ready to review. This made the experience very efficient for us. We were never standing around waiting. I would highly recommend that you visit one of the Tasca dealerships for your next vehicle if you want a no nonsense shopping experience.

Leased my 2nd Volvo XC60, the transition from old lease to new lease transaction was painless. The dealership was extraordinarily busy when we arrived without an appointment, and despite that......the customer service received was also extraordinary. My experience with the service department is also 5 star.

All of this factored into our decision to stay the course with Tasca......and the Volvo XC 60. We visited other dealerships and not one came close to our experience with Tasca.

Quick lane provided me with excellent service. I dropped my vehicle off for tire rotation, oil change, and to change my cabin, and air filters. Everything was done in a timely manner, and they test drove my vehicle to make sure there were no issues. Very satisfied!

Absolutely phenomenal experience, I bought my car from here a year & a half ago and will only take my car here for service. Being a young woman, it can be daunting to do anything with your car for fear of being taken advantage of with service and costs - I have NEVER had a bad experience with Tasca and have only ever been spoken to respectfully and never had unwanted service pushed on me. Chris P. was exceptionally nice, friendly, and informative - thank you!

In the recent past, I've had nothing but bad experiences when dealing with their sales, service and collision in Cranston, RI. They lie, play games, give you the run around, treat you like you're money and repeat business doesn't really matter. They're one of the largest Ford dealerships around and I like Ford in general but I'm done dealing with them and I'd suggest others be on the lookout for their games if you decide to give them a shot. Just seeing or hearing their slogan of 'you will be satisfied' makes me cringe.

I visited Tasca several times in my search for a u...

I visited Tasca several times in my search for a used vehicle.
The test-drive portion of my visits were pretty typical. The salesmen did not seem to know a lot about their used inventory and were not able to answer all the questions I had on a Jeep Cherokee and GMC Terrain.
When I finally decided to make an offer on the Terrain, I was given an almost insulting value for my trade-in, despite all the research I had done. I was told KBB and Edmunds were always too high and that I shouldn't trust their numbers. I was offered 5k for my trade in at first. Eventually they came up to $7500, but it was still well below my expected value. When we did not come to an agreement on price/trade-in, the salesman told me "Not to be embarrassed" when I realized they were giving me a great price and not to be afraid to come back another day to buy the vehicle.
I didn't go back.
King Cadillac gave me $8600 (KBB Value) for my trade and provided far better service than Tasca ever did. This is the worst dealership I have visited of over a dozen.

We had an excellent first experience at Tasca and are excited to be new customers! Our salesman Todd Amaral was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with us to meet our needs. Truck was delivered on time and as promised. Todd also explained all the services the dealership has to offer and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. It was also a pleasure working with Tony Parente and Andrew in finance. We like the fact that we were greeted each time we entered the dealership and someone always made sure we were taken car if. Entire staff was very friendly. We were even greeted by Bob Tasca Jr on one of our visits! Again, an excellent experience!

I had a wonderful experience here at Tasca Lincoln. My sales representative was Michael Huling. He is very knowledgeable on all Lincoln product so I was happy to work with him. He frequently checks in to see how my MKC is treating me. Has gone great lengths to make sure I am satisfied with my vehicle. Would highly recommend Michael to friends and family! The Tasca used car manager was so rude to me they do not deserve even one star ....he hid himself in his office and had his stooges protect him. They totally screwed up my registration and they REFUSE TO FIX IT. NOW I HAVE TO PAY 51 dollars to OBTAIN ANOTHER TITLE ...DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE

I brought my truck in to be serviced this past week after having issues at a different dealership. Chris p made everything seamless and painless. From squaring away the recall notice, to the maintenance need, and the loaner vehicle Chris was easily reachable and promptly got back to me with all information and answers for my concerns. I dropped my truck off on a Wednesday night and they had it all done, washed and vacuumed ready for me to pick up by 1:30 the next day You wont be disappointed with the service here

Not pleased. We brought in our auto trader offer and they offered us $2k less than the offered price and failed to tell us that auto trader would buy our car directly with price listed! I only found out because we had gone to another dealer to look at another car! Needless to say, we didn't buy from Tasca. Beware!

Folks, WHATEVER you do in this life, DO NOT go to ...

Folks, WHATEVER you do in this life, DO NOT go to or BUY from ANY of the Tasca Automotive group dealers. Especially the one at 114 Fortin Drive Woonsocket. They recently (Approx. Sept. 1st 2015) purchased the Former Simon Dealership, which in itself had TERRIBLE customer service.

I have been waiting 54 weeks, yes, you read that right, OVER ONE YEAR, (from the date I THOUGHT I submitted my recall rebate request) to then service manager Mark Halloran. For a Lousy $47.50! 54 weeks later, NO CHECK! Come to find out He never even submitted my request.

OK, Lets be generous. I go up to the Now Tasca Dealership on September 2, 2015. I didn't even know it was purchased. NO communication from them. They look into it and find out Mark Halloran NEVER even submitted my paperwork. The new, or temporary service manager re-submits it to GM on Sept. 2, 2015. Says i should have my check soon. Gave me the run-around and excuse of, oh, we have a new accounting system, book-keeping system, etc. MASTERS of the run around.

OK, from 9/2/15 to today (10/30/15) 8 WEEKS, NO CHECK!

Lets be even more generous! 10/19/15, I get a call from someone at the Tasca dealership saying, GM has "approved" (wow, I've been approved!) my money, the check just needs to be written, signed and mailed. 10 Business days from THAT date, still NO CHECK!

Folks, it's not just about the $$, it's become an issue of Principle.

DO NOT PATRONIZE TASCA AUTOMOTIVE GROUP!!!!

New update: 10/30/15 4:30 PM. They called to say that the check had been mailed last week, and that if I don't have it by Tues. 11/2/15 they will issue me a new one. Oh, but by the way..... "could you please take down this negative review?" Well at least I found out what they DO pay attention to.!

Answer? NO!!! I will not take down this negative review! I MAY consider taking it down or revising it, but not until I HAVE THE CHECK IN MY GRUBBY LITTLE HANDS.

I bought my wife a Honda CR-V 3 months ago and she still tells me how much she loves it and couldn't be happier with it! It's very fuel efficient and just the right size. The representative that helped us was named Luis Colon, he was very informative and had an extensive knowledge of all the vehicles in the lot. He helped us pick out the perfect one. He took his time with us and took care of all the lengthy paperwork, and made sure everything was all set for us to drive it home without a problem. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. We recommend TASCA and Luis Colon to all our friends and family.

Josephine Merolla went over and beyond my expectations in regards to finding me a car, communication, and ease of transitioning to a new vehicle. She was honest and personable and never pushy (which I generally fear with sales personnel). She made the entire car buying experience an enjoyable one. I would recommend her to anyone due to her thoroughness and warm personality. I got the sense that she is not there to sell a car, but rather to make the customer happy at the end of the day.

I just purchase a brand new 2016 F150 and at the begging everything was so perfect.
Then thinks started to change a little bit at the time until all the promise from sale managers started to fail one day at the time..............because took in and out about one week to finish this transaction.
The final price was not as the first offer because they came with all kind of excuses not to honor what they promise when I ask FINNAL SALE PRICE.
I have to beg them to give me what was promise and this is an humiliating experience for any customer begin for his own money.
At the end of the hole transaction they have a big advertisement on every desk promising to every buyer $100 of to use on shop or parts and after 45 days still waiting for those money.
Also the sale person promise full oil change for the first 3 years a promise they never keep.
My advice to you is when you get THE DEAL make sure everything is on the paper with manager signature and bring your own money because they will skim you at the finance also.
I wish my experience will go well the first time and I could make a good review but for small things $100 promised and free oil change for first 30.000 miles plus they what to skim $500 from original deal it ended in 2 star review.
I will review them again at first service experience and an update in case they will honor their promise.

My Lincoln MKX was due for service but I live about 45 minutes from Tasca Lincoln so it s difficult for me to get my vehicle there for service. I contacted my sales rep, Giuseppe, by email and he called me almost immediately and arranged to come and pick up my vehicle for service. He came up on his day off and brought it back as soon as it was done! Meanwhile, Eric Defalco in service dept made sure that he got everything done to my satisfaction and arranged for payment over the phone. I didn t have any problem getting my MKX serviced by a team of Lincoln professionals! Thanks Tasca!

Not into writing these things primarily because I hate most people(not family). Adam was cool as $h*t. My jackass neighbor was weedwacking rocks and one smashed my rear window on my brand new navigator. He's in the gifted program(not Adam). It would have costed almost a grand but Adam knew I was jerked so he took care of the bill. My nimrod of a neighbor couldn't understand why I was peeved. Antonio Pina did an excellent job of answering all my questions. Followup since I ve purchased the car has been amazing. You will find no pressure tactics at this dealership. I highly recommend!

I have been looking for quite a while for a new vehicle, more specifically a dodge charger, which Tasca had. Tasca, especially Jorge, treated me like I was more than just another buyer. I was treated very well. The whole car buying experience has been a nightmare due to how I was treated by other dealerships and salespeople. That all changed when I walked in to Tasca in Cranston. They made car buying experience bearable. I 100% recommend Tasca over everyone else

Brought my truck in for a software update on the transmission (recall). I also had a bunch of small items that were bugging me that I could not figure out. Despite the snowstorm, Brittany was there BEFORE their 7 a.m. opening. Told me it might be a little while before they could get to it, as they were moving vehicles from the bay after plowing. She kept me informed throughout the process.
In and out in under 2 hours, Brittany reviewed everything that was done quite thoroughly. And the best part? FREE OF CHARGE!
