This so called outsourcing company is just a pile of labor law violations, not only they break many labor laws themselves, but they facilitate even more violations by their clients, I was working for their client Etisalat at ajman contact center: absolutely the worst work environment out there, tasc ignored us many times when we informed about the horrific situation that caused a very high turnover, they just took the money and chose to be quite, even when I went to HQ and asked to change the client otherwise I would have to resign, I was getting only satisfaction talk, I left 2 weeks afterwards.

Very Bad examination. One time they adv. vacancy about Merchandiser and arranged walk in interview. But they collected only the inexperienced people. Who dint have any experience about retail also. And which person examined the resume he also not seen the Resume properly. So how they going to recruit.

I had called in a couple of times to speak to a recruiter and was on hold for quiet sometime ..And later when i got thru.. gentlemen named Annet . As soon as I mentioned what am looking for He hungup !! Am sure everyone is busy..but have the courtesy of directing to right person or dept or advice on the same..As people are in need of job and going thru tough times in the process..
I didn't know such unprofessional companies existed in Dubai, in my 5 years career I never seen such an unprofessional liers run this organization. Almost 2 months lied all good, waiting for offer letter, waiting for payment, waiting for that waiting for that & I understand they waited for the commission for the company and they did not pay so they dragged me saying waiting for the offer letter. Nasa sending rocket to mars now a days this firm take 4 weeks to get an offer letter & wasted my days, finally when I have 2 weeks left said the client not recruiting. Just try to learn or try to understand the pain of a job seeker, we spent lot of money to come here to find a job, you sitting and playing. Be aware don t go to this company

Honestly ! The company is great but few employees are too bad am keeping on texting them and they are ignoring me actually, I have been outsourced by TASC to TESLA MOTORS on a contract of 3 months and after I finished my contract, they asked me to send my CV to them again and now since the last 3 months am calling them am texting them no response, I don t really want to call out the names who is doing it, but please understand what people are going through, and if you can t help don t make fake promises in the beginning, Really upset with some staff members in there.

I know this company since 2007( though it was in a different name). Professionally managed company and very helpful staff. HR care is assured from TASC even after you leave the company (example: a historic payslip/reference letter).
Not much responsive as there are many Job hunters who are approaching to them , as well as their offer is very less for a particular position, whereas , for the same position other Consultant offers better pay.

They made me to do a web application and made me to attend multiple rounds of interviews and sent me a kind of offer letter(the letter even contains the salary) for a client in Dubai. One of their associate from dubai(Seems to be a senior guy) even said me to resign from my present organization.
For God's sake I didn't do that. It's been a year now. There wasn't any reply after that. Sent multiple mail seeking the status. Initial days I used to call the guy, and he used to tell me to wait wait wait...

I was here for seeking an opportunity in IT (6+ years exp.). I did not have an appointment or was invited for a walk-in. I asked at the reception if i could meet an IT recruiter to discus possible opportunities. Usually, no consultancy allows you to meet a recruiter unless you have been called through an appointment or a walk-in for a job opportunity. On telling the receptionist about the years of experience i had and the last company i worked for, hesitant at first, but agreed to have a quick meeting with the IT recruiter. I met 'Chenna Reddy', who by looking at my resume knew what role i was into and what kind of opportunities would suit me. I was impressed by the way he discussed the possible opportunities. There are very few recruiters that 'know' the market/field and have 'relationship building' skills and Chenna was one of them!

Need some form of parking. The building staff / receptionist is a super douche. Not helpful at all. The staff from the next door hotel are 10 timEs more polite and accommodating then them.

This company called my husband last 5th of December and told him to come to their office which is located in Dubai for interview. He was given all the details such as the job details, salary and benefits and were asked questions as of his experience and all. I told my husband to come there thinking that it is for the final interview because the initial interview was done over the phone already. My husband spent his time, energy, effort and money to come to Dubai, and to tell you, we live in Sharjah and we don't have a car so he really needs to take the public transportation in order for him to reach that location. He received the call at around 11 in the morning and the email was sent to him at around 12 regarding the location where he needs to go for the interview. When he arrived, he was told to sit down and wait for his turn. He was scheduled for the 3:30pm interview. We still have that email for proof. When it was his turn, he was interviewed by another person but I believe that it was not the same person provided in the email. AND IT WAS NOT BASICALLY WHAT YOU CALL INTERVIEW. He was asked some basic things and the worst part was they told him that they will call him. The interview did not even take 2mins. Who the hell would call that interview??? Up until now, we are still waiting for the call but this people will leave you hanging and would not care to give you any updates. I mean, you are wasting the time, effort and money of people. See, we live all the way from Sharjah and we need to travel going to Dubai just for a nonsense interview? The email you sent and the words you told my husband that day when you called did not happen. Please do not convince other people to believe of what you are telling them. You are shattering the hopes of other people. You already provided the job details, salary, benefits and all. If you are not interested, just don't let them come there for an interview. Right after you speak with them through the phone and you feel that they are not suitable for the position, don't send any emails. STOP WASTING OTHER PEOPLES TIME, MONEY AND EFFORT. I am so disappointed with this company. By the way, my husband cancelled another interview that day because you told him in the email that his interview is at 3:30 pm which will be a conflict to the other interview. He prioritized your company's interview for NOTHING. Hope you are happy for what you did.
