This so called outsourcing company is just a pile of labor law violations, not only they break many labor laws themselves, but they facilitate even more violations by their clients, I was working for their client Etisalat at ajman contact center: absolutely the worst work environment out there, tasc ignored us many times when we informed about the horrific situation that caused a very high turnover, they just took the money and chose to be quite, even when I went to HQ and asked to change the client otherwise I would have to resign, I was getting only satisfaction talk, I left 2 weeks afterwards.
