I was here for seeking an opportunity in IT (6+ years exp.). I did not have an appointment or was invited for a walk-in. I asked at the reception if i could meet an IT recruiter to discus possible opportunities. Usually, no consultancy allows you to meet a recruiter unless you have been called through an appointment or a walk-in for a job opportunity. On telling the receptionist about the years of experience i had and the last company i worked for, hesitant at first, but agreed to have a quick meeting with the IT recruiter. I met 'Chenna Reddy', who by looking at my resume knew what role i was into and what kind of opportunities would suit me. I was impressed by the way he discussed the possible opportunities. There are very few recruiters that 'know' the market/field and have 'relationship building' skills and Chenna was one of them!
