Absolutely no after sales service. My product has gone bad within 8 months because despite repeated assurances no one has come to perform routine maintenance on my treadmill. 300,000 down the drain.
I called to ask if they had snooker cues. After getting a positive answer I visited the store only to find that they had run out of stock. Poor customer service.
I have been coming here since I was young. It's not just a sports and fitness shop for me, it's a heritage. Things are still old fashioned but, staff is fair, cultured and trustworthy.
