Very welcoming, nice owner and helpful with anything. The rooms are clean and have a spectacular view. Bus service that starts right in front of the house.

Very welcome, comfortable room, Hotel removed from the crowd in the city center is nice.

Excellent and clean apartment, a bit far from the center but very quiet. Clean and characteristic rooms, good reception.

Apartments are ok. There are separate cabinets for drying the ski boots and the ski bus stops right outside.

Nice rooms staff kept very well pity that it is 10 minutes from the center on foot problem solved with the free shuttle

A great place, it is very warm and clean. Well equipped kitchen. The only minus is just the lack of dishwashing liquid and only 2 tablets for the dishwasher

Very nice and welcoming. Owners available and very kind. It has a play area for children, laundry and private parking. The apartments are furnished with wooden furniture and the rooms are livable and very pretty. Really super bathroom! The place is not far from the center but you can take advantage of the free bus service and the stop is near the chalet. Tranquility at the top and green lawns all around. Recommended

Splendid Livigno, beautiful apartment in a quiet position but a stone's throw from the center, excellent starting point for walks or excursions, very kind and helpful owner, definitely worth returning.

A decent standard of the apartment, clean, nice view. Dryers for ski boots - a revelation :) Ski bus stop right under the house. I recommend a ski trip.

Assuming I only saw it from the outside, it would be a great location in the middle of nature. Too bad there is a lot of traffic of trucks that pass before raising dust and smog causing a tremendous! I would never stay there for a relaxing holiday ...

The apartment is equipped with everything you need, stove, dishes, glasses, coffee machine and pots, cleanliness is excellent and the accommodation is very comfortable and warm.

Very big house but also old, I recommend it to the companies of kids who want to have fun without looking too much at the subtleties. Given the 10 beds can be a perfect home for example for the white week. However, I don't recommend it for families or couples looking for a quality and comfortable home

I booked through booking the one night stay at Chalet del Sole in Livigno.
Upon our arrival we were assigned a room, with external bathroom !!!, outside the structure at about 500 meters.
Dilapidated room in an obsolete building with a stable for goats in the basement ... All for the modest sum of 171 euros per night. Okay .... it's mid-August ... But a minimum of decency !!!
Also with regard to booking, the service should have a minimum of verification and control over what is rented to users ... There is a quality standard below which you should not go down !!!
Rooms that may have been modern in the 1970s shouldn't be on the market nowadays. It's a shame!!!
Finally it is morning and we can leave ... I hope that this review will help both the manager and the booking, each as far as they are concerned, to significantly improve their service. Thank you.

Very relaxing and welcoming tourist structure, the managers are nice and friendly. The shuttle bus stop for the center and the ski resorts is right in front of the reception.

I was there for a weekend with the family, warm welcome, abundant breakfast and great prices

We stayed in a small, very cozy and very clean apartment, the staff is friendly and available to recommend locations and farmhouses. The property also offers a small spa consisting of whirlpool and sauna ... Livigno is beautiful! I absolutely recommend even those with small children

The staff is friendly and helpful. I found myself in a cozy and comfortable room in the basement and at an exaggerated price. However the rest of the apartments are cozy and you have to book very early to find good prices.

Cozy hotel located on the outskirts of the village in a valley. I have been there several times with a larger, organized group on skis. We were renting the entire hotel back then, so we had full comfort and freedom. Kucharski came with a travel agency (there is such a possibility, the owners provide a kitchen). The canteen consists of two rooms that can easily accommodate all guests.
After making an appointment with the owners (very nice Italian family) and paying a fee, they arrange to bake an Italian pizza in a real oven. It is worth taking advantage of this offer as a great attraction and an opportunity to eat a delicious pizza.
The rooms are "doubles", the largest fit 8 people. They are very comfortable, have bathrooms and living rooms with kitchenettes (depending on the room). There is well-functioning heating and fantastic views from the windows.
There are minibuses running throughout the town, so you don't have to worry about commuting to the city and to the ski lifts, as the stop is right next to the hotel.
The town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a church nearby (the mass is in Italian, but it is worth coming, listening and seeing what it looks like in Italy).
There is also a swimming pool and other attractions nearby, such as snowmobiles (take a look around).
There is also a so-called a ski room where you can leave and dry your equipment. It is a room filled with lockable lockers with "dryers" for shoes and a place for skis or a board. There are also benches between them, so you can change straight away before and after you leave.
I highly recommend it to everyone, I will certainly visit this hotel again in the next winter holidays.

Our staying (with kids) was relaxing and pleasant. This chalet is located perfectly - right near the bus stop and in a quiet place.
