I did big mistake selected this insurance company...

I did big mistake selected this insurance company for my family health insurance . i had applied online and not received any confirmation through mail . Good that i have take screen shot of my insurance number .. from 22nd December every day trying to call them at least 10 times to reach them but not succeed. very very bad customer service that i never seen others than this company .

DHA should not approve like this company in future .

Dear friends please go to other company which is available online ( like orient insurance , noor takaful )
