Not sure about other services but was really disappointed to choose this place called mint for our buffet dinner least standards and bad food and very least options...

We went to Blue Ginger restaurant. They could some more options in food menu. Ambiance was awesome.

Good place for events it's there in heart of the city in Bangalore

This was my second visit to a Taj property, the first being Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, and whilst I loved my stay at the Taj Palace, Taj West End really took it to another level.

From the first moment of arriving at the hotel I was greeted by the doorman by name. I'm not even entirely sure how he managed that but it was an incredibly warm welcome that set the scene for what was a truly wonderful stay.

I was kindly upgraded into one of the rooms in the new wing. They were modern, spotless, extremely spacious and luxurious in their fittings and amenities.

I was traveling on business and had many of my meetings at the hotel so ended up eating most of my meals there. Each and every one was a delight. I adored the dosa(s) at breakfast, Blue Ginger (the Vietnamese restaurant) is stunning, and the tasting menu at Masala Klub I'd also recommend highly.

But whilst every aspect of my stay was fantastic, what stood out above all was the service. The staff there really go out of there way to ensure every need is catered for. I've traveled all over the world and they are world class in every sense. I couldn't even begin to name names as each and every one of them was outstanding.

All in all I would have to sum my stay up as faultless. I travel to India regularly on business and it's no exaggeration to say I cannot wait to come back to Taj West End.

We had dinner at the restaurant inside Taj, excellent food, ambiance was very nice we say near the pool, and the staff was very friendly.

Trademark Taj hospitality. Fantastic place...one of the best hotels in Bangalore. In the midst of a busy city filled with traffic, this peaceful oasis is a welcome change and you will feel like you're staying amidst a tropical jungle. Its surrounded by trees and beautiful plants, lots of open space and very well maintained. Lovely, traditional Indian welcome with garland and lamp. All the staff troop were very courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to stay @ Taj West End, Bangalore as of now but paid a visit yesterday for dinner on my anniversary.

So, readers, this review is based on that few hours which I had spent with my family. Overall experience was awesome!!

Taj is always a great place to dine in. It keeps up to its name. Hospitality is wao.

Was there for the stepping out festival. Excellent venue for such an event. We had some amazing time that night.

we went there on a cloudy weekend, we ordered hummus, pizza and grill prawns plus pineapple, grape and musk melon juices, to be honest i just enjoyed the hummus that also i asked them to add some pomegranate to it and even though it was full of onions which i didn't expect it,but side pickles i would say those were lovelyyyyy, pizza was delicious but we found hair in it ( they cut the price of it on the bill), the prawns was okey.
juices didn't even have the taste of any fruits, also those were warm( they cut the price of juices on the bill too)
but the staff were really polite and friendly, so respectful and helpful, the ambience is great, outdoor was super nice, the garden is crazy lovely thank u

It was weekend vacation for me.. good place .. well maintained. Heritage property. Spa was good.

The room service and the amminitys for the small child family is not up to the mark only the best part of staying is only and only the check inn and check out nathing eles the two stars are for the staff named yangden the lady supported us through out the stay after complaining for just an hot water jug was not completed by this guy's after last complaining to yangden she helped us the manager was not ready to work. We stayed on the name of Mandeep shah and room number 1101

Its been 2 hours waiting for check in and still waiting. Every 30 mins getting same update "within 25 mins you will checkin". Understand its sunday for guest checking out, but so is for guest checking in

Being a heritage property, it's a great place to spend time with your loved ones and just relax.

Easily the best hotel in Bangalore and probably one of the tajs finest in the big cities.

The restaurants are really good too. Was it blue ginger for Christmas and it was excellent

Heritage property. Heritage walk they conduct was interesting and informative. Turkeys and rabbits on the property thrilled the little kids. Not pet friendly. Food was very good. Service was great. Can't expect any lesser from Taj anyway..

India's longest running hotel, 130 years! So much history to this place. It feels like you're in a completely different place to the heart of Bangalore because you can't hear any noise. The only give away that you're close to the heart of the city is one tall building. Interesting architecture, lots of historical significance, peaceful, super friendly staff and a lot of food options. Be sure to do the heritage walk in the evening where a guided walks you around the property, with champagne ofcourse.

Great place to stay and hosting conference. Amazing land scape and natural beauty with world class facility of hospitality. Our Investors Meet programme in this Hotel in August was a success. Banglore's climate is another advantage.
