Proud 5 star hotel of Taj group of TATA Company, convinienty located at the heart of the Bengaluru city near to capital's governance power house Vidhan Souda, wide spread in a greenery in a resort style, its one of the prestigious hotel having almost all 5 star facilities, varieties of cottages accommodate guests as usual its expensive

A beautiful heaven present right in the middle of the heart of a bustling city. The greenery and peaceful silence present on one of the busiest roads of the city.
The entrance is located right opposite to the Karnataka Racing Club.
This place is rather expensive for a night stay and therefore entertains many businessmen and famous people.
They have a swimming pool and massage parlor. They also have restaurants and a night club which can be used by non guests too.
The flora is thick and well maintained. Second guesses you whether you are staying in Bangalore.

This Taj is no different from others across India in terms of service quality, property maintenance etc...but breakfast can be improved

An amazing property and the staff are extremely friendly only problem is the negligence to the customer at the coffee shop

The name itself is a "BRAND".Huge space for party and the DJ hall as well.I went there with my office staff for year end party and we enjoyed a lot over there.

Taj west end in the golf course road is awesome the services available their is very good the rooms are excellent

Beautiful place , well maintained , cool and clean

I felt that the even I was invited in was not managed by them despite knowing the exact flow of event and count of the guests. People were standing in queue waiting for the food to refill. Many went without eating. 5star property with 3star work. Expectations at the lowest

It's a nice place and food at Masala Klub is great. Don't miss the kulfi dessert.

Reducing 2 stars. I had been here for an official conference and availed their valet parking. I had just got my car serviced and was sparkling clean in the morning when I dropped off. But these guys dumped my car on roadside and it rained during the day. In the evening they returned me a dirty soiled car soaked in mud, grime and bird droppings all over.

Such a shame they could not park the car in covered area in the first place or get it washed for their sloppiness when they returned it.

Never again will I choose Taj West End for corporate trainings or for my personal staycations.

How often would you get that?

The landscaping is visually appealing, the interiors have an old world charm. Service and the menu are both outdated. Taste wise very 'meh'

Visited the place recently for an Education fair. The fair, organised in the ballroom, was very well organised and decorated. Went inside the campus afterwards. Everywhere is very beautifully decorated and maintained. Loved the place.

have restriction on lots of common area. One cant just walk to enjoy property. You need to stick to event halls only. Food is not that great atleast for event.

I had the opportunity to participate in various luncheon and dinner programmes of my organisation where I worked earlier and while being away from Bangalore now I cherish those sweet moments.

This posting is to open my heart about good things in Bangalore.

We went there for a buffet on a New year. More of Continental spread. Indian varieties were also available but in a less range but they were very bland. This hotel mainly concentrates for foreigners.. However I cud see a lot of Indian crowd too. There was live music set up which was very pleasant. I liked the Greenery around. V sat outdoor to enjoy these..

Captures an essence of Bangalore the Garden city. But tends to get over crowded during events and conferences

Aaww... This place is well maintained and I loved the nature and the staff's are humble...

Beautiful banquet hall, excellent food and spot on service - it was a pleasure to have my sister's wedding reception held at this place. It was my first time at the Taj, but I look forward to coming back again soon.
