Ummaid Mahal
Maharaja Ummed Singh built this palace in 1943. The view of this palace made of marble and sandstone stones is especially attractive to tourists. Archaeological events and paintings are also preserved in this museum's museum. This is a twenty-first century palace built under flood relief project. This led to the employment of people suffering from floods. This palace is completed in sixteen years. This magnificent building made of sandstone is now the residence of the former rulers, the hotel runs in one part and the rest is in the museum.

Beautiful place. There you can feel the taste of rajshahi. A palace is sign of peace, tradition and offcourse love.

Nothing much just a hotel of a prince turned poor. Trying to make a living by renting his home. Some old pics, old utensils and trinkets. Only if you are too bored and want to gaze how at boring relics that aren't even 100years old. Better to go to a pub and drink. If you are rich you can rent it. Royalty are a thing of the past anyway.

Vintage car section is more interesting rather then family detailing in this palace.

The Ummaid Bhawan Palace is majestic to say the least. Its big, its grand. The gardens, the premises and all surroundings in the vicinity are very well maintained. The Palace is easily visible to the eyes from most corners of the city of Jodhpur.

The Palace is imposing and definitely one of the greatest palaces of the world.
