Great Royality & luxury place. it is so beautiful and nice.

If you are not going to stay at Umaid Bhavan then please do not waste your time in visiting Umaid Bhavan. A boring 200 meter square is open for visitors.;Which consists of a museum with 12-13 pictures and a vintage car museum with 8 cars behind glasses and glasses are reflective so you do not get a proper view. Big Big NO if you are not staying in Umaid Bhavan.

Umaid Palace is a magnificent palace located in Jodhpur, there is also a hotel in it and it is also for roaming. The Palace of the Palace is a very good place to roam.

Good and awesome luxery hotel best for people who loves heritage. But expensive

Very neat and clean. Beautifully maintanied. A lovely historical place to see in Jodhpur. The princely touch of the Marwar can be felt here. Video screen showing the Umaid Bhawan hotel is an added spice to relish.

Its a huge and a beautiful palace...but as a tourist , we get to see only a small side...if u really want to live up the full experience...A stay at Umaid bhavan palace is a must....

Very beautiful structure but room decor very ordinary so also the quality of food.

Must see place ...better u reach there around 4.30 pm so that u can have eve view with lights .
Its a bit far from city but Ola avaialble , auto will ask for 100 rs one way.

Must Visit in Jodhpur. Have Kesar Kulfi and enjoy..

I visited the gallery and museum. If you love the rich royal Rajasthan then it's your place. Good collection of vintage cars. Although I didn't stay in the hotel rooms but definitely royal touch can be seen in every corner of the hotel. The inside souvenir shop lacks good items though.

After Mehrangarh this is the second best place to visit in town.

Mostly part of Palace blocked and reserved only for guests as they converted their palace to a hotel. museum part open for common people for entry ticket of RS. 30 till February,2020. Vintage Car museum must watch part!

Nice hotel but very much expensive .far more expensive than same star hotel

Rates as one of the best royal hotels in the world. The museum is a must visit place. A lots of vintage cars.

This is the royal palace built by Maharaja Umaid Singh. Currently his grandson Maharaj Gaj Singh || lives in this palace. 70% of the property is a 5 star hotel and rest is owned by the royal family. We visited the museum which contains lot of family photos, moments and gifts which they received. There is also a collection of vintage cars kn display.

This palace looks amazing from the outside. There is a well maintained garden outside the palace. Inside the palace, one can view the history of the palace's royal family. The part of palace where royal family stays is restricted for tourists. There is also a vintage car museum opposite to the museum. Handicraft and books describing the royal family and history of palace also exists inside the palace.

A majestic sight, this hotel. Just visited from outside and the museum, couldn't afford to stay! Looks awesome though.

Palace is very beautiful but nothing to see in the museum. There are few family photos, some royal utensils and some old days arms. And you have to pay Rs. 120 each to see this. 1/3 of the palace is used by Royal family and maximum portion is converted to 7 star hotel. Only 5% is open for tourists. This is nothing but business now a days. Before 10-12 years back there are some places where tourists can see some beauties of the palace. But now you can see only 7 rooms where you may not found any such interest. :-(

Nice palace just wait for some guest to arrive in the hotel the below the sound which is awesome just wait for it oppsoite that there is vintage car exibhiaion don't forget to visit that

There are 3 parts of umed bhavan palace.1) Where king leaves 2) Mesume 3) Hotel Taj

We are allowed to visit only the Mesume. There is entry tickte of Rs 60 per person. Snacks and other eatables are not allowed.

We can also see the vintage car collection.

Umaid Bhawan Palace is one of the largest private residences in the world. This is only palace to have a working elevator in India. Located in Jodhpur, a part of this palace is a heritage hotel today. The palace has 347 rooms, which were occupied by the royal family of Jodhpur royals in the past.

One amongst the few palaces still owned by the royal family...the vintage car museum is amazing...the palace is maintained really nicely...the museum there has a collection of all the precious and exquisite antiques...a must place to visit for history and architecture lovers!!

Earlier many of factions were allowed to see of the palace on payment which, have been discontinued. It is very sad.

Visited the Palace museum only.Royal, regal and magnificent...

It was a hit!... The guide was polite, the amenities were great... And you would understand everything because of the guide...There's a souvenier shop, where you can buy stuff. And the gardens are great and clean.

Very few exhibits are there. The vintage cars are not dislayed properly so one can't have the clear view!!!
