We went to the Garden Terrace for an office get-together. The place was nicely decorated, food was okay-ish.

Well maintained rooms and very good service. The location is good with all the important Kolkata places within a short drive.
The restaurants and the meeting rooms are all very good. They can take care of small group conferences with 20-30 seats and go upto full fledged conferences with 600 people.

This is the heritage palace with 80s facilities and who you are interested to enjoy those days in ***** format, it is for them.

This is a five start hotel located opposite to alipore zoo in Kolkata. The interior is nice and plush and well maintained. There is valley parking available for it's guests. There are several restaurant inside the hotel which cater to different cuisines

Hotel staff not gud... slow service ... heritage property!!

Luxurious hotel, good for couples and family. The food and the bar is also great. I had my interview here , the venue was awesome, quiet relaxing and professional at the same time. Amazing one, do visit if you are in and around Alipur.

Not as plush as the Taj properties in the other cities but the service as always is fantastic!

Taj Bengal was quite a nice place to stay. At the heart of the city, it is very close to many main shopping areas (hardly takes 10-15 mins on a taxi).

The ambience was quite good. I like Kolkatta, where space is a real issue, this one is really spacious. The rooms are quite big. I felt the bathrooms are bit small compared to the spacious rooms. The rooms are well ventilated with nice views.

The ambience of the corridors are great, I really liked that. Kudos to the team. I was there part of an official workshop. Food was quite ok- can t say it is great, but just fine. I liked the fish preparations. Desserts were good as well - especially rasagula.

Gym was well equipped. However the tub in the room was leaking and it made the entire bathroom floor wet! I am not generalising - but May be good to relook at such things.

Best premium dinner experience. A true feeling of royal dinner we had.

Food at sonar gao is very tempting. Environment is pleasing.

Just by the alipore crossing.. one con is that it is adjacent to a huge drain..you can enjoy the snack by the pool

This Taj property exceeds every expectation and is worth many stars beyond the usual 5 stars

This hotel is so so good that I have no words to define an at a very nice location opposite Alipore zoo nice rooms with nice staff tasty food served
Highly decorated rooms and bathroom swimming pool is also in the hotel very clean if a person needs exercise at morning he can do it with a beautiful garden as well as hotel is very old and beautiful like I was there for a day it was really a nice expirience
