The food is pretty tasty! The prices seem a bit high for the tacos but ita justifiable given the location. The bartenders make a pretty good margaritas, and the cocktail list is perfect for tequila lovers!

Good vibe here, and the staff are great. The prices are standard so you won't break the bank, Just wish I could have gotten a burrito without having to do take out.

Very nice! Had takeout before but this time I sat in the restaurant and had tacos and a beverage. Reasonably priced and oh so good! Be back soon.

A restaurant with a vision. From my first fish taco I knew Tacofino was something special. Crispy chicken wrap is a must try from the takeout side and inside the nachos might just be the best I've ever had. The fish tacos are also to die for, really you can't go wrong!

It was very crowded on a Friday night, no place to sit. But the portions of food are big, the burrito was huge for around $12. Delicious

A loud and fun atmosphere. Reminds me of college... But not in a bad way. Get the steak taco and be happy.
Or try the crispy chicken for a mouthful of flavor. Yum.

As a Texan, I'm ashamed to say I had a "burrito bowl". This is not Mexican Food.

I ordered and paid for a burrito, my girlfriend decided she wanted to eat in and they told me I wasn't allowed to have my burrito in the air down half the restaurant. They told me my only option was to get a refundrand order tacos from the other side. Just a weird pointless confrontation... Good food, bad experience

I've been living across the street from this place since it opened, and gave them a lot of patronage during its first year. Unfortunately tonight was my last visit. The service is sub par, and at times downright rude. This isn't the case with all staff, but certainly for many. The burrito's are quite expensive for what they are; which is mediocre. Far too much lettuce - it's literally the size of a kids football. It is almost impossible to eat without having it fall apart. If you ask for guac you will find a huge glob of it at the end of the burrito, with none throughout. These aren't inconsistencies, it's the norm. Unfortunately, there's not much choice for burritos in Vancouver, so I imagine this place will continue to enjoy the success it has. But put this place in the mission in SF and it would be out of business in a week.

I'm actually really embarrassed that I just paid $11 for a tortilla stuffed with beans and cabbage. This place is everything that's wrong with white people doing Mexican food. I'm so mad.

Amazing tacos ! One gripe is that the portions for the same tacos vary depending on who made it. The table next to us had a significantly larger chicken taco than our own.

We arrived at this place for dinner. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.

Some of the tastiest, most bougie tacos you'll ever eat... Price is high for what you get portion wise but they are tasty. Get the pork!

Tacos were very good. Sat outside on the patio, and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

We'd go here weekly, but we live in Seattle. Consistently fantastic tacos. Vancouver is lucky.

Way above average quality tacos, good prices, modern interior and awesome staff. Do not serve any hot beverages though - no tea at all and only cold brew for the coffee lovers.

Great food, friendly staff, and a fantastic environment! Really fun little place to go. Pretty busy, but they'll let you leave a number and come back for a table when it opens up. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Tasty tacos and more. Very social environment and loud, so be prepared to lean in to every conversation. Fun!

If you get the chance to go to Tacofino, you have to try the fish tacos! So amazing, the fish tasted beautifully and everything blended so well together! I will be coming back, if not taking a road trip out to Victoria for more!

Who uses flour tortillas for nachos?
If they didn't have a good amount of toppings on them this rating would be a 2 star.

Their tacos are also underwhelming. Fish isn't anything special. Lamb wasn't bad.

Soup was expensive too at $9. It was ok but definitely not worth $9.

Been here a few times and what stands out most was the service and lively atmosphere. Tacos were great - solid variety and very generous on the amount of ingredients. The chips & dip were a little underwhelming - I would recommend going for the nachos instead.

The service was good and very fast, all in all 5 star, but there is a deduction because it was just too cold in the shop.

The fish tacos are so good and the staff is really friendly.

Initially had Tacofino at Victoria and loved it but the ones sold here are a bit more expensive and smaller. The taste wasn't as great either compared to the one in Victoria.

The takeout side of Tacofino isn't the most exciting place visually, but once you get your hands on their famed burritos, you're sure to forgive them. The fish burrito is fantastic, although it is a tempura so you won't want to wait too long to indulge. And really, if you're going to indulge in quality burrito, you might as well top that off with the guac. Combine that with some excellent staff and you've got a place worth a detour for the next time you're in the Gastown area.

Large portions.good service. Some of the tacos were lacking flavour.

100% recommended. I was so excited that I forgot the picture of the tacos. Everything here is delicious and ontop of that, the service is amazing. We had ceviche, it's not classic, but it's very delicious. All their tacos are fresh and throughfully flavoured. Their verdita margarita was my favourite.
