I got the crispy chicken burrito and really like it!

Our orders came out all grouped together by dish and not by person who ordered so it was a mess but the food was good. Customer service is lacking and the staff can definitely work on their social skills but all in all, it was good.

A taste of Tofino. Ok, so you're not on Chesterman Beach with a cedar fire crackling and a growler of Tofino Brewing Company Ale, but the tacos will at least remind you it's time to return. Delicious food, a tuff session ale, and friendly staff - you can almost smell the ocean spray.

Decent burritos, but Budgies does it so much better.

The tacos are fantastic! Great flavour and texture, it is a well-thought of dish. However, the separation between the takeout Burrito and Taco area is confusing if its your first time. I just wish they would put a clear distinction that they are separate "establishment". But hey, TACOS WERE GREAT!

Best chicken taco I've come across in my many years of taco hunting. Can be quite busy on peak hours, but Tacofino will always be one of my favorite restaurants. Two deep fried to perfection chicken tacos each and a plate of nachos to share, what more could you want in life. This is sounds like an endorsement, but it's not, I wish it was, I seriously love this place.

Quick service, really good lamb, fish and eggplant taco but don t bother with the Queso or the churros. The churros taste completely raw.

Pick from any of their burritos/tacos and you won't be disappointed! If you're looking for a delicious drink to have with your food, their sangria is amazing. Also, their to-go staff are super friendly!

The vegan burrito bowl is decent, but the potato tacos are a tragic bore, I wish the dining area had better vegan options.

I came to this restaurant in a group, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. The vibe in the restaurant is relaxed, in both the setup and music, and the employees were engaging with customers throughout, and smiling. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.

This place was brilliant! Best tacos in town! And probably the best tacos I've ever had. Make sure you come here while visiting Vancouver. You won't be disappointed!

Fun atmosphere. Great happy hour. Super busy place. Nachos are to die for. Definitely more of a loacals place that any foodie tourist should try!

Delicious tacos. Cheesecake as desert is actually spicy! Acoustics is not very well done, as it's very noisy from talking people and loud music.

Fairly tasty tacos. Option of quick takeout or sit in is a plus.

Fantastic food but offers smaller than ideal portions for a hefty price. Busy place so make sure to get there early to avoid a rush and long wait. I ordered the tacos and they were of superb quality. Looking forward to trying again

Favourite taco spot in Vancouver. Really delicious and has got good variety. Only thing is you're gonna want to order a few and it can add up and end up being a little pricey

Went for happy hour. They consider 5 wings for $6 a happy hour special. Food came way before our first drink order. Ceviche for $10 special. 2 spoonfuls.

Literally every drink and every taco are amazing. I would recommend everything bon the menu. It is very busy so be prepared to wait during lunch or dinner rush.

Ordered a Crispy Chicken wrap from the menu - nowhere on the description does it mention hot sauce or any sort of hot ingredient. I took this home after working all day and was super looking forward to it - it burnt my mouth inside out - I had gone close to the end of the night perhaps I d upset a member of the kitchen staff that had just cleaned up - I m sorry I was just hungry and I love your food - I won t ever go here again.

That's my favourite place. It's pretty clean. The service is good. The tacos are not traditional meaning it's not like mexico However I feel like it's one of the best you can get here in Vancouver.

Somewhat pricy but probably the best fish taco I've ever had. The pork taco didnt seem as worth compared to it.

I just got back from Mexico and came here for the fish taco. They're just excellent, imo.

If you're looking for good tacos Tacofino is your place. Smart location, modern decorated restaurant and they make really good cocktails. Service isn't always the best but they do get super busy.

Been there before and noticed their decreasing portions and increasing prices. Today was the day they gave me a small wrap and called it a $12 dollar burrito. Officially the worst burrito place in my books when it comes to quality per price.

I was visiting Vancouver and went to this place after I heard they have a nice patio and great food. We were sitting on the patio when noticed a mice running around which I could let go, it's a back alley patio. But then we noticed about 5 or more of them in another corner under the leaves, it was really disgusting and there were so many along the wall. They could easily get into the restaurant. we eventually asked our server to seat us inside. The Tacos were great but we quickly finished our food and left.
To me they had a mice problem and they could easily get into the food.

When they opened the food was top notch. Now that they are always busy the quality has suffered. My fav taco El Pastor is ALWAYS greasy.. tried 3 more times now I'm done with them.

So many tacos, so little time. The pork gringa is the standout of their many taco offerings. Can't wait to hit the burrito bar, I'm sure they have a burrito for everyone.
Pro Tip....Tell the bartender the jalepeno margarita isn't spicey enough. You won't regret it...until about half way through the next one.

I would give the fish taco and chicken taco 5 stars. One star was taken for service. Staff seemed pretty uninterested in their customers. It was obviously our first time and a group behind us seemed confused as well. Right when you walk in, you're in the "take-out" area, but there's seating... So yeah, confusing that it's take-out but you can also sit down... In the back I guess is the actual dine-in area. Anyways, no greeting from the staff and no smiles while ordering. Kind of like they could care less if we gave them business or not. The group behind us asked how the ordering works and the person at the front responds if they want to sit then go to the back area. And person in the group points to the seating at the front and ask if it's ok to sit here. Worker responds, well yeah... Ok, how would people automatically know that on their first visit. Irritating service but really good tacos.

If only I could live there and eat the chorizo taco three times a day.

Modern taco/burrito place based on a food truck in Tofino. This location is more upscale feeling than the Yaletown location.

They serve some creative burrito and taco flavours that taste amazing. My favourite is the beef brisket barbacoa burrito. The fish tacos are delicious too.

As with anywhere, it can get busy here during peak lunch/dinner hours, and late Friday/Saturday nights.

I always come to this Mexican restaurant when I'm in Vancouver. Definitely a must in Vancouver!

Finally got the chance to come here! Was suprised that the inside dining area was so beautiful and roomy. We ordered the Nachos, the chicken taco, pork and fish tacos. The nachos were absolutely stunning - tortilla chips were definitely house made. Every bite was so flavourful, and they definitely drive it home with the salsa, cheese, and chipotle sour cream - we recommend getting guac added in. The chicken taco was the best of all tacos that we tried - crispy and flavourful. The food came really fast, and service was top notch. The whole feel was fantastic, definitely coming back.

Food was good, some staff were great, some a bit testy. I understand that it can be bothersome/annoying for staff to have to make accommodations or say the same things to people night after night (we can't add an extra chair/join tables, this is how last call works here, we don't have that this location, etc) And sometimes guests can be a bit difficult...But it's important for staff to know that sometimes it's someone's first time there, so they haven't heard those things before and there isn't a standard across all restaurants. A little compassion and patience go a long way.

Good food but portions are a little small. Its annoying they dont serve the burritos if you sit down but only if you get the food to go. The nachos are really delicious

The fish tacos are amazing, as was a few minutes alone just munching chips and salsa with a beer on the patio during happy hour. Forgot to take the pic before that fish taco went down the hatch

Eat here. No regrets, ever. The burrito bar is my go to for a quick efficient bite that does not sacrifice quality!
