I'm pretty sure the burritos are supposed to be heated in the microwave before being served, instead of being placed directly into the bag, unless there's some new policy that says otherwise. Train your employees the correct method of preparing the food, or don't expect people to come back. This has happened twice now, and always later at night. Not pleased.
