The BEST Cuban sandwich I've eaten in my life is located at this restaurant!! I love the beer selection they have as well, and the jalapeno-tomatilla salsa is phenomenal as well! You will not be disappointed with your visit here.
My FAVORITE taco place! Everything is delicious, and at a price that won't break you! I always get the Cantina Special(3 tacos, rice and beans) and add a Jarritos.

100% as legit as it gets. Came here on a whim one dY when we decided we wanted some Mexican food and everything else looked sketchy or chain like. I've had about half the menu now and will keep going back. I think my favorite is the quesadilla, never had a better one. Burritos are generous, tacos are available in many varieties. The sandwiches are unreal, they're called tortas. If you want some authentic food at a great price this is your new lunch stop.
Service is great, all of the employees are very friendly and very helpful. Food is well priced and you get large, fresh, quality portions for your money. I tried this place because it is featured in the 2020 Atlanta Dining Passbook and I plan to make it a new regular option for me!
Nice little place serving great tacos. It's a simple menu with 8-10 taco options, but whatever they do offer is awesome. their salsa bar has some real spicy options!

In my 3 visits I haven't had a bad experience (which is so unusual, I always have super bad luck at restaurants). The food is always delicious, I brought my husband after my good first experience (I tried it after seeing the high rating, he says he doesn't remember going) and I brought him back tonight. The last time we went to Tacos La Villa I tried to convince him to go back here instead.
Now he says he'll never go back to La Villa and wants to stick with this. I was like DUH, I told you it was awesome.
Barbacoa wasn't as tasty as I imagined it to be when I saw photos and decided to try it at a different place, still better than any I've had before, I'd try it again. I will definitely be back for more carne asada and carne de puerco tacos. My go to is usually carne asada but carne de puerco? Yes, please!
It's a no frills, order at the counter place, the cashier is friendly and comes by to serve your food and asks to take your tray. Even if it isn't full table service, I definitely want to leave a tip.
Pretty sure that this was the best serving of nachos I have ever had.

Yes! This place is GREAT. Being partially Hispanic and having a long history of eating Hispanic food, this place is absolutely wonderful. I've tried their tortas, quesadillas, tacos, burritos, nachos and you can't pick a wrong dish. I work for a small business and always love to invest my hard earned money to another small business. If you love good beer, they have a decent selection, but gotta wash all this delicious food down with jarritos.

Came here on a whim and boy am I glad that I did. I am from southern California and authentic tacos are something I miss dearly.
For me, tacos are pass or fail there is no in between. Taco Catina did not disappoint. I had the carne asada and chipotle salmon, the latter was the special of the day. I love that for the naked tacos you pay 1.85 per taco and you dress them yourself. This is how I am used to doing it. My partner had the cubana torta (sorry if this is inaccurate, but the photos dont lie that ish looks tasty!) and said it was the best they ever had. Good quality meats used and the bread tasted homemade. I dont drink too tough but they have a wonderful selection of beer!! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu and the desserts! Can't forget to mention the very friendly staff!
If you are ever in the mood for Mexican, this is the spot! It s authentic Mexican food. I have yet to have a bad item on the menu. I eat there roughly twice a week! The quesadilla are my favorite. Top of the line food and service!

The tacos are amazing! The beef loaded taco is my favorite. There's a salsa bar that includes some topping as well. The guacamole salsa is the best, not really spicy but great flavor. Quick, friendly service for eat in or To go. They have a pretty good selection of beer if you eat in. They also have an expansive selection of non-alcoholic drinks, Mexican sodas, etc. Would absolutely recommend!
Love the street tacos at this place but the Torta Cubana is definitely worth trying.
Unique Mexican food experience. They mix it up just enough (adding pineapple, guacamole as a standard) on the nachos that it s definitely worth it. I was a bit concerned about paying almost $10 for nachos, but the portion size was great (see photo) and the food was high quality. Definitely recommend!

Americanized taco place meaning salsa bar has milder options and it's concept themed (hipster tatooish). Has a cean and an easy to understand menu. I don't really need all that to eat great tacos but man the food was awesome! Tacos came out with just meat (not your typical onions and cilantro which i missed) but you can dress as you like. Tasty!
Best authentic Mexican food in town. Everything is made fresh in house. I can't help but think I'm back home in my grandma's kitchen in California. Take a chance on the little place on the corner that doesn't look promising. It will change your life.

Authentic Mexican Taco joint with all the taco A la carte options you could want. Plus a combo option for $7.50 that gives you plenty of food. My only complaint is they don t have a fried fish taco, like the one you might get at Taqueria del Sol.

Hidden gem! The tacos are all delicious, but my personal favorite is the Carne De Puerco topped with any of the freshly made salsas or relishes at the self-serve salsa bar! The beer is cheap and cold, and the chips are always fresh and crisp. The sauces added to the tortas are all finger-licking good!
Not a fan of the food, my daughter hated her food and shes easy to please. They need to recreate their menu and add flavor. The customer service deserves 5 stars.

A very cool spot tucked in a busy shopping center with zero parking. The dine in options are extremely cramped but it feels like you've discovered a hidden gem.
The server was extremely nice, however the steak tacos were very bland and the chicken tacos had a boiled flavor, even with the sides available.
Horrible service. No longer offers water for free and you must purchase water. Also, no longer offers a bowl for salsa and you must use small to go containers which are smaller than the chips creating a situation that isn't conducive for chips and slasa. The staff was rude including the owner Adolfo who spoke with me via phone. He tried to explain that the water was only 25 cents. I then explain to him that the cost is irrelevant it's about providing quality customer service. The customer should at least be able to have the option to get water without having to buy it. Owner Adolfo was very dismissive and doesn't care about customer experiences. This new cost effective model is going to cause you to miss out on customers. Taco places are a dime a dozen how someone is treated is just as important as the taste of the food.

Honestly. Always was great when I first posted 2 years ago for a review. But the fact that I ordered uber eats, Paid for a salmon nachos and was given a salmon taco blows my mind. It was tonight so you remember who you were. An extra 5 seconds could have saved my interest as a customer for recommending this place on uber eats.... go there and you'll be good i guess is the take away. Go to tacos la via for solid uber eats purchases. Never had an issue there and they called when they ran out of my purchase. And this isn't my second time with uber eats accuracy issues

Food was fresh and hot. We ordered the Cuban Torta and being a Florida native it was one of the tastiest Cuban Sandwiches I've had in a while. The set up of the restaurant is similar to a Moe's but the food has a more authentic taste with their ingredients and toppings. Very helpful staff!
