The tacos are a very generous size, and are stuffed with toppings, and not bare like other taco places. There's always a special on the menu, and the beer selection is decent. I just wish they were open later at night. But they are worth the drive across town for me!

Food was very tasty, more authentic Mexican rather than tex-mex. Not too expensive.
Realized after the second visit that I didn't just like it I "loved it.". Portions are deceptively large. And even though the prices aren't low, that value is great actually. The special is a clutch introduction, but the menu is so full of great authentic classics many places don't bother to offer, like tortas. The brisket nachos are really good. Service is always quick but the food never tastes like it's been reheated or sitting in a warmer all day. Salsa bar is always clean and tidy. Salsa bar options can make your favorite option new again and again. Or from bite to bite. Really glad I was introduced to this place but also glad it's not right in my neighborhood. It would be a problem!
An awesome, family friendly, walk up to order, tex-mex spot. The toppings bar is great! The carnitas, slow roasted pulled pork, is some of the best I've ever tasted. And their signature award winning Cuban sandwich is a must try. Limited tables makes it quaint but sometimes hard to get a table.

Craving Mexican but tired of Moe's/want a little something more? Try this place. They have more salsas and even fresh/pickled condiments that make your food that much more interesting and customizable. I'd never tried a torta before this place but I can now say I love them. Their burritos are huge.
I didn't care for the food. It wasn't bad but nothing we tried had much flavor. I had to add a lot of condiments to get a bit of flavor. You might still enjoy your meal if you prefer Mexican food that doesn't have a lot seasoning, especially if you can't handle spicy food.
I ordered the chicken burrito and I was impressed with the great flavor and flesh avocado. The only reason I wasn't able to give 5 star was due to the queso. The queso was similar to the brand I have gotten from Kroger. The burrito and queso came out to fifteen bucks including a two dollar tip. No drink. Next time I'll try the tacos. Only recommendation I can make is do not get the queso.
Had 3 tacos and the Cuban! They were all amazing!!! Great food and super fast! All the meats we're well seasoned and they had plenty of condiments to add to tacos including at least 4 different salsas.
