Most busy time to go to lunch and I dreaded go for my boss. I get there and the place is packed I jumped into the line and a smiley face said next to my orders and before I could get my drinks filled both orders were up.. great service and team work.. I will be back

I specially went to eat encharritos and they no longer make them. Very disappointed. Went to taco bell instead.

Worst employees! specially all the male employees they're rude and are not at all helpful. The manager and other lady were very helpful and they were very kind. I been going to this location for last 3 years and all the time i get my order right but since last couple of times they mess up my order I'm vegetarian so i don't eat meat but they put beef in my order since last 3 times so i had to ask for refund. But the guys they shut the window on my face and never came back to window but the lady as soon as she saw i was waiting she came to window and helped me out with refund. I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I always like this location all the other ones always mess something up.

Chalupas are my favorite and was yummy.GREAT customer service too.

Meat was very juicy I'm. I'm not used to taco bell ground beef tasting like that. I also ordered a mexican pizza and they smushed the box, I mean its taco bell food was decent, just bummed I has a smashed mexican pizza.

The Taco Supremes are still my favorite, but the meat doesn't seem as flavorful as it used too. I use like 3 packs of mild sauce now just to give it some "umph." Still not like how it used to be.

Terrible place, and they card when you use Debit, against the law!!!

Customer service was excellent. But the wait time for food was longer than usual considering that it was not that busy.

Forgot my nacho box when I called to tell them they hung up on me! Called back she didn't take my name or anything just said bring ur receipt and we will replace it service was rude!

I am very specific on having my order made right the first time and I've never had a complaint for any Taco Bell

As usual from a Taco Bell, good food and service . The girl that attended me was very polite and nice .

This Taco Bell definitely has more charm than the other one on Highland, but maybe thats just because it hasn't been renovated. Either way I always enjoy coming to this one more. Its fast, and the workers are really nice.

Enjoy five dollar box. Always order the enchirto like enchilada. Need to try it.Very clean.

The freeze machine at this place never works and is getting so ridiculous I'm done giving them my money. 10 times in the last month I can't get what i came their for. If the machine is working its some crappy flavor. You advertise that you have skittles flavor yet you are unable to serve it. I wonder if the owner realizes how much money they are losing. I use to be a weekly customer but I will now go to another location.

Food was delicious. But they were taking a lot of time to give us our food.

I admire this spot! They offer high quality meals, their menu is large, The chief cook in that restaurant is a real authority in the kitchen, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the visitors is agreeable. I frequently visit this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all.

My Burritos were better then expected. The price was fare for what I got. Drive thru employees friendly, quick , and appeared knowledgeable .

Never get my order correct or everything I payed for

My kids had to wait at least 25 minutes before we got our food, while the drive thru was moving along car after car when I asked about our the response I got "We are understaffed so you going to have wait", never more will I show up to this Taco Bell again and will spread it around until they make it right for my kids

I don't like the drive thru, my rims get banged up every time

Food is expected service find their speaker system made it hard on the employee and customers

FOOD ALWAYS GOOD AT TACO BELL, BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE YOUNG AND UNEXPERIERCED IN BEING PROFESSIONAL. I STOOD AT THE COUNTER FOR 5 MINS, AFTER AN EMPLOYEE SAW ME NOT SAYING NOTHING. THAN, WHILE I WAS SEATING THERE EATING, YOU COULD HERE THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES CURSING. AT LEAST THE FOOD WAS ENJOYABLE.

I have been sitting in the drive through for over ten minutes waiting for the car in front of us to get their order and no one has even come to the window yet! there is also another car behind us waiting. RIDICULOUS! I almost just want to drive off and forget how hungry I am than to pay them anything for making us wait forever!!! kudos to the manager for not having their establishment managed properly!!!! I would take away this one star because they don't deserve any positivity but I had to click one to make a post

I went there for a job interview and all I saw were Hispanics working there and here I'm a white guy with manger experience and I didn't get the job

They have a happy hour for their freezes from 2pm to 5pm. Everytime i go during break their machine is broken. When the freezes are regular price, the machines mysteriously start working again, gtfoh!!!

They take for ever!!!! Currently waiting for my food! August 27-2017 ...9:23pm

I asked for regular tacos and they gave me Doritos tacos they weren't bad but that's not what I wanted

They need to train the cook how to make a tostada. Beans in the middle of tostada shell only and very minimal amount of ingredients. I usually don't eat there but my son did.

Horrible and unclean. Ordered 6 items in the drive thru and only received 5. Went in and had to argue that I didn't receive an item and was treated like I was lying. Don't waste your time here go to any another location!!!!

Taco Bell on 2nd Street San Bernardino all I can say is the coolest I'm hooked on those beefy cheese Frito burrito the $5 boxes and the nacho fries the killing the game McDonald's or nowhere else has anything on Taco Bell they treat me cool when I go there I get full off $3 my advice is go to Taco Bell and it taste extraordinary good

My quesidilla was the tastiest fast food item I have eaten in years.
