So far so good place to eat or fast service to go as well

Very courteous employees. I stopped in to get some yums and finish some paperwork. Pleasant environment.

The female manager was rude and argued with me. I showed her that my food was wrong and she continued to argue with me. I will never go back to this taco bell, i'll spend my money somewhere they can make food right and not argue when its incorrect. However its really sad when the young man from behind the counter said sorry she made your food wrong, i would of remade it because it was wrong.

Love there mild sauce and there service was good restaurant was clean, staff nice and polite. Food was delicious!*

Gave us the completely wrong order. Didn t get a single thing right. There was only one employee working. We need a refund or something because this isn t anything that we paid for.

The food was cold and tasted not too fresh at all. The area is HORRIBLE and therefore there are always horrible situations happening in the store and sketchy people always around.

Befy Frito burrito is delicious and customer service was great.

I find it hard to believe the freezees machine is always down. Every time I go, I always ask if it's working now before I order, really throws off the employees. This location should really consider removing the freezee from the menu if they never have it. Food is good, but they always add onion to everything even after asking not to include onion. Overall employees are friendly, and it's usually quick service.

You receive your food fast but they have bad attitude

This is for the taco bell in redlands ca.
I should just be put on payroll because taco bell seem to think that just because their Mexican pizza is bomb you want to work there. When you go in there are these self serve computer kiosk where you put your food order in and pay for it. Now this part is stupid because if you pay with cash you still have to go to cashier so what is the purpose of the self serve? You have to get your own drink k, own lid, own condiments, own utensils and your own napkins. I tell ya taco bell should just put me on payroll all the work I have to do that I'm paying them for. Its fast food not DIY food.

Around 3 pm it gets a lot of people. So if you're in a rush may want to pick something else. All and all food is good!

This place sucks they take their sweet ass time in getting your food.

Dinnig room wait was more than 25 min , drive thru orders taken care first 7 cars worth, just unhappy that day

Your new worker Jasmine was swamped and alone at the counter tonight all the while there was at least 7 other people working with her. She was clearly struggling without assistance from co-workers which speaks tons for Jasmine. She showed great customer service skills and I believe your lucky to have her. Thank you Jasmine, you're a great worker. The stars are for Jasmine's dedication, taco bell your team needs a pep talk.

Food poisoning, I love Taco Bell. But I'll starve before I eat here again. And not just me, my son and Daughter and granddaughter all got a touch of it.

I ask for a cheesy gordeda crunch with the nacho cheese shell the first time they didn't the second time they did and forgot the cheese how do you miss that?

For some reason the baja drink tastes dirty to me. Other than that it was okay

The young man who gave me my order was very polite. Normally when I make a big order something is always missing (not at this Taco Bell) they were on top of it. Thank you for your great service.

Generally, Taco Bell restaurants are OK as fast food restaurants go, but this one is not. Located off the 215 freeway, so it's convenient, but the parking lot is SUPER small and difficult to navigate theway it's laid out. In addition, there's a lot of loitering on the grass area and people asking for money. I've offered to buy them a meal, but most decline and just want the money. People use this corner area for a drop off to catch or pick up from the Greyhound bus nearby. Once you're able to safely get inside, the restaurant is often dirty (floor in front of trash receptacles, drink fountains, and the floor in front of it) and my food orders have been incorrect on 3 of the 4 occasions I've ventured here. Thinking this is my last visit to this location.

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell ever! Unfortunately its on my way everywhere so i go here a lot. Not just once, but nearly EVERYTIME i go here, they mess the order up or leave part of my order. The wait is always long as the people inside are always chatting amongst themselves. Today the wait was so long my car nearly overheated. ( i only ordered one small box meAl..) Not Happy

Food was alright, cashier was a real douchebag though.

Can't believe this place my first time here and last!! My order took incredibley 16 min.. Then I ask the lady if I could use the restroom she stated sorry we don't have any more tokens how ever you could place your quarter and it will work. I told her excuse me can you give me a quarter since I am a customer she said no sorry we can't ..! So what ever I paid to use the restroom and when I opened the door it was incredibley Nasty no toilet paper no seat covers no soap and the trash was full toilet paper all over the flor this place is rediclules !!! Manegement sucks !!

Drive thru took 20 mins thought they were guna hook it up fat for waiting but now lil burrito supreme all bad

They served us rancid chips in a Nacho bell grande, We returned the food and asked to speak to management we were given a number that never answered and calling the store was also useless.

I went to the Taco Bell that's on
2nd street In San Bernardino. And I had a really nice time there. When I was first ordering my lunch, the cashier was really nice to me, she was talking nicely with me and asking me the right way what I will like to order and if I will like a drink too. And when I was paying for my order I didn't have enough so I was gonna pay the rest a different way and the cashier was really nice by being helpful in giving me a discount. And then my order was ready on time good and nicely made. So I will recommend Taco Bell to all my friends and family for all the good service that they always have when I'm there. And Taco Bell is my favorite place to go.
