Very nice people.Very helpful and had all the time in the world to talk to you. After a number of years away from fishing I wanted to get back into it. Stuart set me out the right set up For my fishing needs and at a price suited for me. I never once felt pressed into buying anything that I didn't need. To be honest this is the best tackle shop around with a great choice of kit for all aspects of fishing. I wanted to give them 6 stars but they only go up to 5. I very highly recommend this tackle shop.
