Since we began attending Tablerock Fellowship just over a year ago, we have come to appreciate the warm, welcoming community of believers who are being taught Bible truths by highly knowledgeable pastors who are passionate about God's word and the importance of Jesus' sacrifice. What a gift it is to worship with other believers who seek the truth and aren't afraid to hear it, even when it makes us uncomfortable. The goal of the Fellowship is based on the collective desire to bring more people to an understanding of God's love and all that it entails. At the end of each weeks' service we are left wanting more.

I've gone to this fellowship since moving here over two years ago. I love it and I often volunteer for Jesus. Our people are caring, our pastors are ordained and loving, and all of the staff are huge blessings. God's presence is very much present here.

My husband and I lost our home 3 1/2 years ago. Because of his disabilities we are unable to rent a place at this time, and live in a small motorhome. We were looking for a church to attend, and by various reviews and reports we thought this would be a good, compassionate, church with the mission of following Christ, and demonstrating His Love. Could not have been more wrong. The first thing out of the Pastor's mouth, when he saw my husband, was "What do you want? Money?" We were looking for a church to attend, and a place to park and plug in at nights so we can have heat during the freezing nights. The Pastor grudgingly said we could park there at 9:00 pm, and be gone by 6:00 am. By the first thing that came from the Pastor's mouth - "money" - and the lack of charity in his spirit, I have an idea of who/what is being 'served' and followed in this church, and this Pastor's life - and it is not Christ. This church is not Christlike, generous, or kind. It is just a church business, with money as the bottom line.

This was the most unwelcoming not come as you are, church. I came up to Oregon, from California to visit my son and grandson, and picked this church from hearing the pastors online message and their, "come as you are" statement. Not one parishioner or elder said hi to my family and I. My son and his wife got dirty looks from some of the elderly ladies working in the childrens church, and elder's standing at the door. No smiles, no hi, no welcome, for any of us. I was appalled, my church here makes it a point to welcome everyone, no matter, race, gender, or how they dress. I would not normally say anything but I felt bad for my son and wife, because I thought maybe this could be a church they could go to and feel excepted and loved, and not shunned as they have at other churches, they are in need of spiritual unconditional love and guidance. I have to say it was ironic, since the pastor was giving a sermon on loving others as they are, not judging outer appearances, and making people feel like "they matter". And still after church we were ignored. My son will never attend this church again, and he may not attend church at all, as this is the treatment he receives I don't blame him.
On a positive note, the pastor and his message was well delivered and he seemed to be humble and very nice, however we did not see him or talk to him personally. The daycare lady was also nice.

Pastor did not quote scripture whatsoever. When he mentioned a scripture it was in his own words and out of context. He pretty much taught that you can just boil down the entire bible to 'love others', that's pretty much EVERYTHING you need to know, period. That is so not true. There was NO emphasis on getting out & sharing the GOSPEL with all unbelievers, which IS the great commission of every Christian. The bands songs were all about me me me, my life, I choose you God, my storm, etc. No depth, conviction or true worship throughout the worship. The people here were so excited to jump& RUN OUT the door after the service and not fellowship together at all. The'leadership conference' was highly spoken of& pushed, so you can learn to do well in business and government. Very interesting experience here, we will not return. It's not about us, feeling good about ourselves, feeling good about attending church 1 day a week& being good business people, singing the most recent popular 'worship'song, talking about the bible, etc. Let's whole heartedly come in repentance& worship the king, & TEACH US SOMETHING, quote & read & teach us scripture, challenge us& THE MEN, bring up the hard issues, teach people to evangelize, the older women& men need to teach the younger, biblically! What did the early church look like? Let us replicate that! Let's not follow the traditions of what church has been, you may lose more than half of your congregation, but start doing it biblically& God will bring repentance, revival & fruit. No harm is meant by this comment, we are new to the area& very discouraged by all the very liberal and unbiblical teachings and churches here.

At TRF A Beth Moore women's study is offered, she is turning from true teachings of the word, beware. That is a red flag. Also every verse the pastor mentioned he did not READ IT OUT LOUD, this needs to change, he needs to read the scripture verses he is quoting in length.

The Word of God is put forth correctly, honestly. The folks that attend are wonderfully friendly. They offer programs for little one all the way up to the seniors. If you attended and didn't feel welcomed, you need to smile back or offer a handshake. The Bible says that in order to have friends you must show yourself friendly.

My wife and I went here three times recently. Last week the pastor made an announcement asking the congregation to please wear a mask during the service regardless of your political views out of love and respect for the people around you. We stopped counting at 25 people who disregarded the request. It showed that the congregation has no respect for their leadership nor the people around them. It became obvious that this church is politically motivated in their christianity and not biblically motivated. Will not return.

Having lived in the South for most of my adult life I found it difficult to acclimate myself to Southern Oregon churches. But, as different as they are, there is such a beauty in the people of the congregation at Table Rock Fellowship! I love attending here and I appreciate being a part of the body of Christ there.
