Been renting for almost a year now at The Masters Residences. AMAZING location. The staff made us feel so at home during the initial tour of the property that we cancelled all other showings we had scheduled and made this place a top priority. After moving in our thoughts about this place have never changed. If there are issues with our unit or the property, the leasing office sends out emails promptly. When there is maintenance needed, such as when our pilot light went out 2 weeks ago, the issue is fixed immediately and they work with you to make it hassle-free. We are now moving into a larger unit within the same building. We refuse to live anywhere else because this place is in such a safe area, close to everything, and the property is in great condition. The attention to detail is clear with everything they do, including the floor plans and appliances they selected. Cannot say I have ever felt nervous about having packages delivered here as the entrance is fobbed and usually the smaller packages are placed in mail locker. I have packages delivered almost weekly and have never once misplaced any items.

Having lived on a block full of T Wall Enterprise buildings, and having looked at renting one of their newer properties, I can attest to the poor quality of their construction projects. The large Middleton Center buildings took a long time to finish construction, and once they were completed, the units inside were incredibly disappointing and hilariously overpriced for the quality they offered. As some examples: the finishings on the closets and kitchens were low quality, the layouts of the units felt poorly planned out (designed to maximize the quantity of units rather than the living quality), and the gutters and lighting fixtures on the outside of the building were placed so as to dump water and ice onto the sidewalks below in the wintertime. I'm extremely disappointed to see that they're tearing down one of their older buildings to yet again put up another apartment complex in downtown Middleton, likely of the same low quality as the rest. These buildings are not designed to last and they forever change the Middleton neighborhood and landscape.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this rental company. I have lived in Prairie Trail for almost 3 years now. I was sad to see our property manager, Melissa, leave after years of amazing interactions with her but now we have Michelle and she is just as great! Quincy is an awesomely friendly maintenance guy and gets our requests done SUPER quickly. The tenants that live here are friendly (there was one problem tenant here for about a month that got dealt with very quickly...). We are sadly moving out of state soon and I wish I could just take this property where we are going and continue living here lol! Just great...they employ amazing people and make sure to do everything they can to keep their tenants happy. It may seem to be more on the pricey side for rent but I personally feel that it is 100% worth it and very reasonable for the quality of living and amenities.

Wingra Point has been a great place to call home for the last year. Conveniently located near several hospitals/clinics, close to the downtown area, relatively quiet, and within walking distance of a grocery store. Maintenance is quick to respond with a solution to problems with your unit and management is prompt with replies to questions/concerns. Come live here!

Great place to live! It s very clean, and is a beautiful facility to call home. They take pride in the upkeep of the outside as much as the inside. It s pet friendly, has a pool, grill out area, and a work out area. Laundry in each apartment is a huge plus!

Melissa is the best property manager in the county. What a great place to live
