Upon touring, I was ushered in and left alone in a hallway for 40 min, told that someone would be with me "momentarily." Same man came back and gave me a tour. Info given was conflicting with questions I had already asked over the phone. Premise was dirty and had a terrible smell. Baby room was in chaos. I asked to end the tour after observing 2 kids hitting other kids with sticks while staff remained seated facing away completely oblivious. Further diggieng into public record of state violations also proved very concerning. Appalled.

Staff here are unprofessional and inappropriate. My daughter attended here for almost two years and their "5-star accreditation" rating is misleading! My husband and I have tried to overlook many unsettling issues but have now reached a point where we cannot take any more excuses. Teachers yell at children. Management seems very fake and will lie straight to your face about incidents that occurred. Staff are free to date parents. Teachers would rather socialize while the kids get ignored and injured. We are beyond disappointed.

The teachers are great at Bee Balm and keep you involved throughout the day with an app. We feel comfortable each day dropping our child off. Would recommend.

Bee Balm has provided unbelievable care and development to my family for over 1 year now. The engaging attitude and community approach has created a very positive learning environment for my son. Everyday he has a new adventure learning how to navigate his changing world, and the teachers at Bee Balm have been terrific guides along the way.

Rebekah and her team have also gone WAY above and beyond the call to communicate and remain safe during the pandemic. My wife and I would be in a very different place if the Bee Balm team didn't take the incredible steps that they did in order to provide essential services.
