I like doing business with tsf. The prices and quality of the product is why ive been buying from them for over 2 years. Also some items I can pick up from the local warehouse cut shipping cost.

I always recommend my teams families to buy their kids items from here.

The WORST customer service, I ve been trying to get my account fixed so I can place my order and these people don t care about the company they work for. So unprofessional I have decided to take my business else where.....someone commented to look into alphaboard which I will be doing today. This company is absolutely terrible for b2b!

Update: The manager Cindy called and rectified the issue.
Changed from 2 stars to 4 stars because outside of really bad customer communication from employees management seems to be good.

Good customer service and a good opportunity to grow ...

We have been ordering from TSF for years and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with their company. They continue to give terrible customer service and are more worried about covering their own losses instead of doing what needs to be done for their customers. We also use Sanmar and NEVER have these sorts of issues with them.

Very bad customer service.
You get an option in Spanish and no one speaks Spanish.
Buy 48 mask that the description says on the website "The Next Level Adult Face mask is a reusable", finally the product I receive is for childrens and do not accept me change or return.
Neither the product has a no-return policy

Love the product. Everything gets out in a timely manner. Administrative assistant in the office could work on her custom service skills but I'm not there for her so I deal with it.

Just ordered 108 g5000 Neon Blue & Safety Green shirts the website list $1.76 check out list $2.05. Call tsf I was told they wouldn't honor that price website glitch. I would think that's FALSE ADVERTISING.

Long story short - Go to Alphabroder where you will be assisted to the T for your requests and issues.All i have to say is WOW - the lack of customer service and assistance from TSF in pompano is astounding to say the least. After placing an order on their website - a member of our team drove all the way to Pompano from Miami to pick up the order. Only to find out that we placed the order after the "Cut off time". However, as of 10/30/19, there is no indication of Cut off time ANYWHERE on the site for PICKUP. I searched all the links and even clicked on their "Shipping and cut off times"link to only find transit information - again no mention of a cut off time which is supposedly 2:00pm. We were in an emergency in which we NEEDED the shirts and even tried to explain to the woman at the front desk but instead of trying to find a solution for us, we were just told "NO" - and that "there was nothing they can do". The warehouse is literally in the same location and only needed 13 shirts. As a business, we understand there are protocols and procedures that are followed, but there was no sense of urgency or attempt to try to help us in a time of need. We were even willing to wait till the end of day to grab 13 shirts but all we received was cold shoulder and a MAYBE. Its truly disappointing we experienced this and hope they reevaluate what it means to offer the "highest levels of service"

You can't beat the prices at this place. I come here for all my apparel needs. Which is mainly just t-shirts and polo shirts. The Next Level brand is my favorite when it comes to t-shirts.

I was directing a traffic accident right outside their door involving a senior citizen verses a pick up truck, the lady taking a 10 minute break outside the door hesitated for a minute but ALLOWED me to use the bathroom to wash my hands that got a little dirty from helping take off the front bumper that got damaged and just a little road dirt, nothing serious.
Y'all have a VERY nice bathroom.
A lot of people in south florida are rude and don't help out, but today I stepped up and so did these nice people and that's the way it should B!

I love this place! Linda is da bomb in helping mechoose and the prices for first quality is very reasonable!
