Wife took a friend to the emergency with a broken ankle. The Emergency room was dirty.The Doctor did not wash her hands,The previous E patient was upchucking with some sickness.The Emergency service was very slow.When my wife complained the staff was extremely rude.
On a previous emergency visit the staff PA didnt have the initiative to put an injured arm in a sling.The followup visit to the hospital doctor was perfunctory and he managed to talk on the phone during the appointment.The bill was very high considering his lack of interest in his patient and the perfunctory manner of his examination.We were assured that if the injury had required multiple visits the charge would have included those. Now U know that was not true.The VP MS.Miller assured us she was looking into this high charge and would get back to us,which of course she never did.
I would only go to Miles if you are completely without an alternative.Maybe not even then.
Perhaps a negative rating is more apt.

I think my emergency room Doctor was Leah ..I couldn t have asked for better experience she has my top vote ..Rest of staff was great in out for tooth ache ..

We are from out of state and I had a bad cold with a terrible cough . My husband took me to the ER and the staff were amazing. So nice And professional. I felt in good hands. I recommend Lincoln health highly

Traveling in the area & needed to go to the ED. I work at a 500 bed hospital so I'm versed in hospitals. These folks were WONDERFUL! Communication was great, facilities clean, proper Covid precautions taken, friendly staff & meals were excellent. Don't discount small hospitals for great care. Thank you to all!

Had surgery last week on my back ,went great! Just don't go to the ER they suck......period

The entire staff, including physicians, we're the best we have ever had Anywhere. My wife and I are from Georgia and found everyone in Maine to be fantastic.

They made me sit in a bucket of piss and they wouldn't let me go outside to catch a Snorlax

best hospital I have gone to in years, quality of care is the best, quick n easy, other local hospital I waited 6 hours to be seen .. sad situation but at Miles I was seen x-rayed and diagnosised and home in less then 2 hours. Happy patient :)

So this hospital is one of the worst,my wife and I had a baby girl on june 25th 2020 and when we came back 24 hours later for a weight check,so it would be my brand new baby first appointment hospital will not let me in only the mother cause appointment had nothing to do with me,
While my wife was in the hospital after birth the nurse would not respect her wishes an d made my wife use formula instead of breast feeding like she wanted to.now my daughter home and will not breast due to it. Ring diff then what she k iws.i can go on and on but let me say worst hospital in maine right next to pen bay
