Sam lied to us about a project, then tried to extort more money from us after reaching an agreement of a certain price. When we tried to rectify what happened she dismissed us and refused to try and help us. I designed our logo and also designed and authored all of the information on the labels and then she said that we left 100 percent of design to them and that we would be charged 400 dollars for more art. This is disgusting and it's ridiculous how you treat people. You've been reported to the better business bureau. How dare you? I can post the emails in case this human piece of trash wants to dispute it. BBB has also never heard of your business, but there is already a report now. This is not how you treat small business let alone human beings. Abhorrent, you should be ashamed to have this woman as your VP
