Discovered this place when one of my sons startied playing football. They have an amazing showroom/warehouse offering a wide range of sporting goods. Didn't see any polo mallets but I'm sure they could arrange something, but I wasn't looking too closely. Knowledgeable, friendly staff who fit the gear perfectly to the individual. Many deals available. Convenient parking, definitely worth checking out.

Very poor customer service, dealt with a TERRIBLE sales person who was not courgil- I understand that T.Litzens is a team dealer, all I wanted to know is if it was a possibility to have one individual jacket ordered without having a voice RAISED to me and to be treated like I was born yesterday. I will never recommend this establishment. I feel sorry for Nike.
Basically if you arent apart of a school. They will not give you any attention. Customer service is terrible. Talked to a sales rep 2 weeks ago for a quote still no response. I was looking for 13 jerseys for a mens league team. Ive dealt with them about 3 times now and every time its the same deal. I will not be using litzen again. Sales reps have also been quite rude and short as well.

Great place to shop for activewear, sports apparel and sporting equipment. If you haven't ever been to T. Litzen, you need to. It has a huge cleat wall, artificial grass area and sports specific displays. They always have sale racks with a good amount of clothes and they also sell some cool football jerseys as well. They are a Nike supplier and carry merchandise as such, but don't let that scare you away because they also have many other brands, whether it be overstock or older styles. Definitely worth stopping by even for a quick look. Friendly and knowledgeable staff make sizing for equipment and picking out the newest and most popular looks a snap. Today, I picked up some jogging pants and a t-shirt, but I also purchased my most recent shoulder pads and cleats for football here.

Wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole. President, Sales Manager & Sales Coordinator left me questioning their ethics, morals, and overall respect for customer service. When they found themselves in the hot seat, they were quick to lay blame, slow to attempt to correct, and in the end void of any concern.

It's a little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've bought alot of my son's football equipment here.
Basketball uniform nightmare. After sizing our team, their employee decided to order from a different manufacturer. That companies sizing was much different then the samples we were sized with. The shorts came in very large. We were asked to keep them and have the boys roll their waistlines and they would could hem them up to 2 inches to where the printed numbers sit. They would need to be hemmed more then 2 inches to fit! We were offered a rubber ball to keep the grossly over sized shorts. We declined because they boys can't play in them. After several emails and pictures, the employee finally agreed to order the proper sizes, but not for our teams 2 spare uniforms. We gave the option of cancelling our order or replace all of them! This entire mess was their fault! Finally the employee agreed to re-order all of them. This whole process was exhausting. Then after placing a reorder, we are told that we need to return the original shorts to offset the new order fees. It is insulting to be pressured to keep over-sized shorts for their error! Any reputable store would have re-ordered the shorts to fit properly no questions asked, and would have offered the wrong shorts as an apology and gesture of good will. Litzen orders the wrong sized shorts, pressures us to keep them, won't reorder all of them, finally reorders all of them, and then requests the originals back. They clearly don't care about the customer. They don't care that they are asking 14 year olds to play rep in rolled up over sized shorts that we have paid full price for? Save yourself a headache and shop for uniforms somewhere else.
Great place for hard to find sports goods. As a coach of multiple sports I can find tools and equipment I can't find anwhere else. If they don't have it they will order it lots of helpful staff to make sure your team orders are correct.
No more need to drive to Buffalo for Football equipment. This is a one stop shop for football gear. Great prices and selections. Highly recommend!

My favorite sports store out there. It's a little on the pricey side, but it makes up for that in quality. I enjoy its location and visit every year before Football.
