The facilities is all fine. Just the fee is too high for a single room. With the current fee which is around rm1k, i could actually rent an apartment than just a room. Futhermore, i cant bring outside people, even family, to my room. However, Taylor Hostel had organised a lot of festive event - which mean a lot of free food!

2. The lifts are always out of service
Bad management. No proper service at all. Rude attitude. Especially Ms Zana. Without understanding a resident s situation and giving warning letter to resident. If anyone could have a chance to choose. I d suggest you guys to stay Dk Senza or Dlatour. This is never a good choice
I live here and the place is convenient. Complete equipped with new facilities such as ULounge where student can gather to study, common kitchen which is a public kitchen for the whole U residence.

Totally disappointed, overpriced and unfriendly staff make me feel very uncomfortable especially Ms. ZANNA the house master , arrogant attitude and that bxxch face ! Sincerely advice all the freshman don t stay in taylor s hostel, if not your uni life will be very miserable. They treat you like a prisoner , not freedom no human rights at all . If you guys need any accommodations kindly look for me, i will try my best to help you guys. Ps: i am not housing agent
Was dissapointed when arrived at the hostel. Rooms were small, pricy and unclean. It even had some acidic odour to it which I had to buy tons of room freshener to get rid of. Service and staff attitude was bad and facilities are not well-maintained; lifts keep breaking down and sometimes air-con and lights in the room are not working. And also, this hostel doesn't allow visitors, NOT EVEN YOUR OWN FAMILY.
Atmosphere and environment was mediocre, some would even say bad. Overall experience 4/10.
The only reason you would want to consider staying here is that it's just beside the school. Other than that, would definitely recommend DK Senza or D'Latour which is just a 5-10min walk to school; even cheaper prices and better environment.
Almost died inside a lift back then, due to some stupid malfunction
