Sorry customer service. Changed my payment method and they update only 2 of my policies when I had 3 policies. Called to get resolved and gave them the payment method again and still did not charge, then they cancelled it! Just lost all that money that was paid. DON'S USE THIS COMPANY!

If i could rate them a MINUS 10 i would. Absolutely horrible at returning emails and calls for claims! It's been over a month trying to get someone to a) call back about a clam and b) to solve the wrong disbursement made.
additionally, once you have someone on phone you NEVER get someone that knows what's going on and they obviously make no notes on anybody's account.
It's by far the worse partnership @summitcreditunion could have ever made for payment protection insurance.

They lose money, blame it on computer error, make excuse after excuse on why your pension can t be released. Tell you they re going to over night something after weeks of delay and lack luster service and then send important and needed funds standard mail like it s no concern to them when or where your money makes it. Working with Cuna has been a highly stressful event, caused delays and further negotiations in other transactions that have cost additional funds on top of those delays.

All in all, the ignorance that is managing the money here should find a new profession. Maybe a new computer system, or a professional who understands money AND computers would help. If you have any option for another mutual/investment company, by all means..go the other direction.

The people who worked my clients file should be ashamed with road rashed heels from all the foot dragging going on to get these mistakes and computer errors corrected. Excuse after non performance after excuse and weeks later, you might get your investment back, in no big rush to these folks, of course.

Look for other options before you choose to invest with Cuna or prepare 2-3 months in advance if you have funds here that you would like to release. The computer system seems to glitch in the companies favor A LOT.

Horrible. Do not do buisness with these crooks. I have been paying into disability insurance on my credit card for years through them. Had some medical issues arise and was forced out of work for a few months. Filing the claim itself was more of a pain then the surgery I underwent. I submitted as much documentation as I had available and even had my dr contact them to support my claim but they said something about the dates dont match and I still haven't seen a penny almost half a year later. This is a company of con artists who will never render the services you pay for. I gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option.

Very bad company and services. I had to fill a claim but I struggled about 2 weeks to get talk with someone. When I agree to included this insurance in my auto loan at American First they didn't give any contract, any policy number, and any written information. Today CUNA mutual just refused my claim. The weird thing I got documents but they didn't asked for any of them. All the teller were very unprepared. I would give zero or negative stars but I can't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm going tomorrow to cancel all of this insurance... FOR ME THIS INSURANCE IS A TOTAL CHEATING.
