If i could rate them a MINUS 10 i would. Absolutely horrible at returning emails and calls for claims! It's been over a month trying to get someone to a) call back about a clam and b) to solve the wrong disbursement made.
additionally, once you have someone on phone you NEVER get someone that knows what's going on and they obviously make no notes on anybody's account.
It's by far the worse partnership @summitcreditunion could have ever made for payment protection insurance.
