Tell you they re going to over night something after weeks of delay and lack luster service and then send important and needed funds standard mail like it s no concern to them when or where your money makes it. Working with Cuna has been a highly stressful event, caused delays and further negotiations in other transactions that have cost additional funds on top of those delays.

All in all, the ignorance that is managing the money here should find a new profession. Maybe a new computer system, or a professional who understands money AND computers would help. If you have any option for another mutual/investment company, by all means..go the other direction.

The people who worked my clients file should be ashamed with road rashed heels from all the foot dragging going on to get these mistakes and computer errors corrected. Excuse after non performance after excuse and weeks later, you might get your investment back, in no big rush to these folks, of course.

Look for other options before you choose to invest with Cuna or prepare 2-3 months in advance if you have funds here that you would like to release. The computer system seems to glitch in the companies favor A LOT.
