Okay so hear me out! The place is nice and big, security guard was pretty nice and professional. Everything looked great until I was told to wait to get a dock. I waited for an hour to get a dock but I do not complain about this since my appointment was at 10a.m. and I arrived an hour earlier. However, after I received a dock, it took them another 2 hours to unload me which I would say fair considering other companies that sometimes unload in around 4-5 hours. But I still think that 2 hours for unloading is slow because they charge lumper fees! If there were no lumper fees, I would not have complained, however, 2 hours of unloading for lumper fee is slow and kind of unfair to me. In conclusion, the place is nice, big and plenty of room for truckers.
