They are extremely slow for delivery. They took 5 1/2 hrs to unload a straight pull. The good thing about them is they do have overnight parking.

270 lumper fee for 8 peices? Check.

3 hours to unload for peices? Check.

Still waiting on my bills. Check.

If the driver come late you guys put penalties per hour . What about us. 5 hours waiting for door. 6 hours to take off 5 pallets. I just dont understand. It takes less than 2 mins to take that off.Give me paperwork and I'm gone. I get paid to pick up and deliver only. Create new efficiency system and get people off your property faster which is a liability.

This place and the people that work here are awesome!

Eye opening experience of how sysco quick pickups work

Very slow, Just like their partner fresh point there s reasons people hate going to these places. But they do have overnight parking in the guard in the morning has been nothing but kind. As far as capstone they are in no hurry to get you in and out. And my trailer is always left a wreck

Terrible horrible experience not even worth 1 star extremely slow don't forget to bring your food there or you are gonna be starving i had 7am appointment i checked in 7am they gave me door 2pm then finish 3pm only for 4 pallets

Had 0800 appt check in at 0700 was docked at 0830 and at 1330 was was unloaded and informed bols where ready....move super slow.....

Unloads you fast but makes you wait for hours on paperwork unloaded at 7 a.m. going on 11 a.m. and still waiting. Trucks arriving after have been unloaded and released..... place sucks

Idiots no clue what thay are doing,2hours for a door another 3 hours to unload 3 pallets.

Over night parking starts 6 pm port a john on lot check with guard about 4 am. Lots of room to back then sit back and drawn denteion lol

Someone in an earlier post said refer to sysco as your customer when you are delivering to them. I have to disagree with that statement my customer is the shipper and I charge a premium to deliver to sysco due to excessive wait times and needless delays. If I treated my customers this way and more of their customers we're aware of it then things may change.

Been to this place 2 times and both times was terrible lumper service capstone is the slowest and most unorganized company I ever dealt with 2 in a half hours past appointment time before I got a door over 300 dollars for less than a half load this place really should consider getting a new lumper service

Everything went ok. Fast unloading and easy for paid lumper by app.

Going on six hours to unload a trailer and $374 for a lumber fee not coming back here again.

A little too slow to unload and the lumper cost, very high...350$

If I could give a zero rating it still wouldn't be a fair appraisal of this facility.
As a truck driver we are bound by a stringent set of rules that include punctuality but it's a very one sided rule.
Delivery appointment times here are irrelevant and drivers are literally held hostage to the whims of lumpers who clearly do not take initiative or pride In Time the services. 7 hours and still waiting to be unloaded, given BOLS and leave.
After several inquiries at the front desk, I realize I'm at the mercy of people who clearly could not care less about punctuality or professional courtesy to the very people who deliver Goods they keep these doors open.
To all drivers, do not plan for anything else in your daily itinerary once you arrive here or you will be forced to decline next loads for later that day.
Shame on Sysco OKC for such an embarrassment and blemish on an otherwise top-notch company elsewhere Across the Nation where I do deliveries.

do not go for truck drivers, 4:30 appointment and they park you for 2 h before you even get to the door then 4 5 frustrating hours starts..terrible! !!!!!!

I wish I could give below 1 star. Rude and slow took all day to unload. Staff is very rude especially the guard. He needs to learn how to talk to people with respect. Very unprofessional people work here. I would never recommend this place to anyone... They don't value the driver's time.

5+ o/n parking... fast unloading 1 pal. less then 20 min/45cs./.. Oh i am taking back that +... Capstone!!! $99 minimum!!!! 45cs... Ridiculous. Thats why I unloaded that myself.

If you want to waste your time and miss your appointments, this the place to be. They do have overnight parking, 1 star for that.

Typical grocery warehouse. Docked 30 minutes b 4 appointment. Unloaded 2 hrs later. Still waiting for paperwork 5 hrs. Past appointment time

This is one of the WORST. Every time we have delivered here we have been held up for 5 + hours . . .
These guys also ReFuse To Pay Detention.

6 hours to unload is ridiculous. Overnight parking after 1830 is nice.

Avoid this place as much as you can. Worst receiver ever. Checked in @7am still waiting 2:45pm .....

Unloading is bad very bad even with an appointment 7:00 a.m.

They got comfortable overnight parking! What else do you need? Unloading time same as at all big facilities everywhere.

Truck parking after 6pm. Just veer off to the right just before guard shack. It leads to the parking.Nobody in guard shack at night. Sign says check in 30 minutes before your appointment. Walk to guard shack. Check in and they will call you. Bring your seal to guard shack. Capstone lumper service. Wasn't too bad for me.

Like at all SYSCO, you get unloading fast and than w8 5 hours for bills. Too much waiting time

In and out in 3 hours.. No lumper.. Not sure why all the bad reviews.. Got put in a door in less than 10 minutes of arrival.. Got bills within 35 minutes of being empty..

The school food that you deliver is absolute trash, kids rather go hungry than eat it, I know from personal experience.

From 6:30am at door.For 20min. Unloaded,pay lumper,still wait for ..Bol's....8:30am.......????

After taking 4 hours to get unloaded I tried to finish an 8 hour break, had an hour and a half left, then the guard told me that it's not a truck stop and they don't like being used as one and to be on my way. I will not be back!

Great place to unload got there at appointment time got door right away unloaded in 40min

Appt was at 4:30 am, got assigned a door immediately but had to wait for the Sysco driver to pull out of the dock. It took maybe an hour and a half to off load. They have overnight parking and begin check in at 4 am. Make sure you take your seal to the guard shack if you spend the night there. Also once you get on Tecumseh Rd, don't drive too fast because the truck entrance will sneak up on you, the sign isn't huge nor small, but you can miss at night time.

Security shack was ok, but the goon at the check in window was so rude that after 25 years of driving this is the 5th place on my "NEVER Go back" list. It takes ALOT to get on that list....the GOON should feel privileged.

Came and dropped off a load. Waited an hour, not too shabby.

3point for overnight parking and very nice Guard check in .

This place has a terrible crew for unloading. Just 10 pallets . Sat here in a dock for 6 hours and every hour it seemed like the whole warehouse was out smoking. Finally got the green and had to wait 45 minutes for the clerk to come from up under the guy she was hugged up on to get me my paperwork. The inside is nasty and they handle food.

3 stars for overnight parking keep it clean , unloading was fast but waiting on paperwork may take long
