Treatment of OTR drivers is very poor. Lumper is slow and rude. Sysco has also removed all the Porta Johns so there are no longer any restrooms available for drivers.

Appointment don't matter, 20 truck in front of me for same time appointment, they want you to sleep on the street overnight, next to the public garbage landfill, no staging parking.

Had a great experience with Chef Jeff, Jim Woolsey, Dan Padgett and Pete Winninger cooking up some delish dishes. Sysco just like many others have had to adjust during the Pandemic and continue to be inspiring to their Cliental. They have been extremely helpful to our businesses and helping us continue to inspire our customers and continue on our vision!

No one likes to answer the phones whether employee or not. This company left me with no job after my son was born . Supervisor suspended me and never got back to me on whether I d get my job back. Very Unprofessional!

This is the worse receiver ever!!!
My truck is been there at door #48 for 7 hours and counting .....
We paid the lumper $300 like 3 hours ago and when I am calling receiver they keep telling me that they still working on it ..... The Broker Coyote keep telling me that they are working on it ... but I know is .... Why carriers need to suffer their problems ?? we don't get paid by hours like warehouse people , we get paid by load and 7 hours waiting to get unload it is not good a deal .... Do not go to this facility Sysco in Canton MI or use Coyote Logistics both are Worse.

After all that waiting my driver left without BOL at 2 PM and as per Rita from warehouse ,she will emailed to me the BOL , I hope so ...... otherwise I will have to fly to this town to get my BOL because I wont lose $ due this people .... Also I am been calling and they don't pickup the phone .
I see that they reply to this review LOL same reply to everyone LOL sound like it is copy paste .

Been here lots of times. Usual food wharehouse gets you unload pretty quick then sit for two hours to get your paperwork.

First time here ..lucky everything go smooth..guard is nice and people at receiving and lumper guy all are good ..1 hr back to road ..no overnight ..no restroom..Bp truck stop 2 miles ..and i75 north to i275 to Ecorse rd exit go left and make right Haggerty rd and then left at van born and 2nd driveway on your right

Appointment by 0700 checked in at guard at 0620 he gave me a door ,green light and you leave your bills will be inside your trailer. Pay lumpers by text. All empty by 0900. Not bad at all

I been Trying to contact you about geting copy of my bill i codint get answer , i relly need someone to give me the email i relly need it .

One star for the nice people at the gate and the nice people in receiving on the phone. No star for unloading time, took 3.5 hours to start after docking. No star for lumper fee which was excessive for five pallets and minimal breakdown. No star for over an hour to count 195 cases and sign bills. No star for making me late to my next stop.
