Right from the start everything was falling in place. We wanted to get another truck but the cost went up to where our need for a truck had come and gone however our sale person gave us another option which fix perfect for our needs and at an affordable price. Didn't even have to go kick tires with our new SUV delivered to us. Everything that was promised was delivered and the truck was taken by the driver.
We've had the SUV for a few days now and love. It was a no nonsense process. At our age that is a good thing. Great job!!

Great service! I booked online and there were plenty of times to choose from. I ended up getting to my appointment early and was welcomed to pull in early for my service. I was there less than an hour and the price was cheaper than any competitors. Extremely satisfied with customer service and well as the service my vehicle received.

Excellent service, explained everything they did and gave me cost before doing. When on a budget that means everything to me. Sweeney Buick has always been fair, answered all my questions. My experience was exceptional! I was treated with kindness and smiles! Although I was very comfortable in the lounge, I was in and out in only minutes! Plus, I left in a clean,shiny ride !!! Lots of applause for the Service Team ....they have it all going on !!!

Joe Ludwig made this such an easy process from the test drive to the signing of papers and driving off! He was able to give me payment numbers quickly and then we did most of the lease process via text message while I was working and then he had everything ready when I arrived at the dealership. Joe went through the Traverse with me so I understood the features and how to use everything. Rick Layman in finance was also efficient and great to work with, he had everything ready to sign when I was all done with Joe. They made this leasing experience feel personal without spending hours at the dealership. The whole process was quick for being a vehicle purchase all while being thorough and efficient!
