It was time to upgrade our home theater room, our old HD projector died as soon as it heard us talking bad about it. I really wanted the brand spanking new Epson LS10000 laser projector. It's a big one, so I knew I'd need the full install.

I had heard about Synergy Integrated Systems and I contacted them to see if they could help. Well, did they ever! They got me probably the first Epson unit sold here in NC, and got it within a day or two of the release date.

They did a ceiling install, which was complicated by throw distance and room architecture. The install came out perfectly. I needed the projector flush, and I mean FLUSH against the ceiling because the back row is up a couple steps so the ceiling gets low. They took the bracket that Epson supplied, and improvised parts on their own to make the projector actually be sitting on the ceiling upside down, a perfect flush mount. And did it through a false ceiling to boot.

They did all the usual things too that you'd expect. I was very impressed with them, from a price point of view, a people point of view, and for technical skills. I would definitely use them again.
