i joined synapseindia few years back and now i think i am one of the enterpreneur here. synapseindia makes enterpreneurs and everyone works here by taking ownership which is the main attracting point of everyone to join here. i learnt a lot here from various trainings going on. Whenever employees get time and little free from projects, they call for trainings which is completely scheduled through HR. people dont want to wait for the place here and they start trainings at any place within synapseindia wherever they gets place which is highly motivating. this is creating wonderful working culture here through which everyone is learning. There is a separate training room here in which few exclusive/important/mandatory trainings are continuously conducted. i have grown up from a very initial level and now knows in outs of my work. amazing growth here.

Almost a decade of working with Synapseindia I can say that I'm proud to be part of this organization. I had seen Synapseindia transforming and democratizing the working culture so that everyone can enjoy the immense opportunity of learning and growth.

I started my career from Synapse and I worked here for more than 3.5 years. Good company for freshers, lot of learning opportunities, they have highly experienced and helpful employees in all the departments(MS, HR, php, BD, etc).

Developers will get chance to directly communicate with international clients and they really have some awesome clients.

No doubt there are some drawbacks but I ignore them because I think there is nothing perfect in real world.

Cons :
No PF and they did not provide salary slip directly to employees instead they will provide it to concerned person like bank executive etc.

Suggestion to management :
Management really need to do some changes in their existing policies like salary slip, System Shutdown etc, try to make friendly work environment and consider the requests provided by employees.

SynapseIndia provides best opportunity to learn and explore various technology. Dynamic work environment. Company offers a international platform, where fresher and professional can groom their career.

If it was possible i would have given them 0 stars. They make fake promises they just want to take money and fool people.

Hate this place. This is a fake company. People are just there for money they do not care about you.

Do not trust them when they say that they'd give you a job. They do not care about anything except than just to earn money, that's it.

I have been working in SynapseIndia past 2 months. Company is doing great in IT as well as growing manifold in various fields. Food served is of a tremendous quality . They have state-of-art infrastructure which includes a strong grievance redressal mechanism. Moreover, a strong emphasis is laid on recreational activities like:- HR Connect Sessions, sports tournaments promoting team spirit among colleagues.

Before getting enrolled yourself in their training program kindly do not go on their ambience it will not going to pay you...ask them where is the training room/dedicated room for training..you will find that they provide training in their cafeteria...ask them to disclose the projects again they will not disclose the project name they will say its confidential because its client project but as soon as you pay their fees they will disclose it , isn't its funny..you will never be allowed to work on their any ongoing or developed projects..Wahi Aadam Jamane ke college project ,if anyone says that their Trainer are from IITs ask them to show their certificates of IIT ,...ask them what will be the salary if get selected again they will make you fool ..Have you attended any placement of good i.t company they used to disclose the package in starting....they will just show you the dreams nothing else....ask them why they are asking for money for training if they have huge fresher vacancy..have you heard any I.T company in this world asking for money rather than this they pay you stipend.....Think before blink ... I.T company gives intern ship for 6 hours but do you think hrs. duration is an intern ship .No it's not an intern-ship its coaching ... so my dear friends open your eyes and don't get fool ...ask them to give contact number of few past trainee and take feedback from them you will know what % they had selected.

Synapse India could replicate our logo in vector form which others couldn't manage and the outcome has been almost perfect. Replicating our logo was one of the most difficult tasks for any designer as our image was a very low resolution one and was a human hand holding a globe. We tried various options with various companies but all denied that it is impossible to replicate the logo and moreso impossible to convert it to vector form to enable enlarged. However, Synapse did that it less than 48 hours which was mind boggling and unbelievable. Hats off to team Synapse.

Technically company is very bad and company infrastructure looks like a factory. I visited for my project and after meeting they sound out dated.

Ticket system in IT support here is one of the main factor of not having problem with anyone , whether it is an employee or client. It has automated the system problems which gets resolved within 10 mins . I want to work here throughout my life
