Working at SynapseIndia is a great pleasure and privilege for me. The thing I appreciate most about the company, is that it has given me the opportunity to balance my professional and personal life by allowing me to work at fixed hours. I am able to contribute a lot to the company and still have time for my family. SynapseIndia also offer me an opportunity to work in a pleasant environment surrounded by a diverse team; all intelligent and friendly people. The management of the company is also very good and make sure that the suggestions and opinions of employees are incorporated within the company planning process.
