Fantastic food and a great environment. What more can you ask for?
Loved the atmosphere. Very vibrant the dancing wow the cars amazing
First visit to this cafe, was nice to see a good mix of bikes, all other bikes were nice and friendly. Service was promt and the food was good. I had a freshly bbq'd burger
3 stars for the meal but 5 stars for the experience. If you were reading Joe bar team when you were a Child, you need to go there. Prices are really cheap
Favourite place in London for a full English breakfast and to check out the local petrolheads
An iconic pit stop for traditional ("Big breakfast") and healthier biker food options. With more bikes than a showroom to admire (especially on sunny weekends) its long bench tables encourage interesting conversations. Quieter mid-week...
A little bit of history...... if you are a two wheel fan then this is a must and I believe also cars now. Basically a great place to visit and get some good food and soak up the atmosphere.
Friendly staff and great service.
Highly recommended for a visit even if you just have a cup of tea and look round.
They always have something going on, check their website for details.
Love this place, always quick service, great food and nice staff. Always worth going out of your way to pop in when near!
What a great atmospheric place, full of character and history. A busy place offering good food options at fairly reasonable prices, alcohol is also available but is mainly bottles. The place serves as a meeting point for petrol heads of all descriptions from bikes to class cars. One of the must visit places if you're in the area and with access to the north circular on its doorstep.
Every petrol head should visit here. My Ma grew up here and it's still a favourite place of mine to vist
Great to go there at last. Nice piece of biking history.
Great atmosphere, you can feel the history when you're here.
Good place to meet fellow riders whilst the restaurant offers delicious food and very reasonably priced. If you are going to meet other bikers make sure you check events and go during busy times as it can be quiet during certain times of the day. It s a must visit place if you love bikes.
Staff were polite and kind, not what you'd expect at a bikers cafe though! But everyone\thing else was. I'm only 23 but I love all the mods and rockers stuff, and my Dad is a biker, I hope to follow in his footsteps, or, at least, drive in his bike tracks! Food was delicious and great atmosphere
Fantastic best cafe about will have to travel abroad to other Ace Cafes
Friendly iconic . Nice food nice people . Little bit run down on outside
Noisy unsociable and mostly full of wannabees.at times intimatdating crowds of no bidders.the worst place in London to pass by.
The Ace is not what it used to be .And food and drink is pricey .But still a cool place to stop by.
A busy place offering good food options at fairly reasonable prices, alcohol is also available but is mainly bottles.
When no events are on it's quiet n relaxed. You could then walk around the place and read up about the history of it and see posters of past n present events, photo's on the history of the cafe, the people of that era, the music, the movies, etc.
You could also keep a record of what's on over the coming months, etc. And, there's plenty.
If you've never been, it's worth a shot.
The staff are warm, welcoming & friendly and eager to help.
There is a large selection of food choices of differing diet preferences. Coffee's only a quid.
Enjoy!
An Iconic and legendary motoring cafe since late 1930s. It was even damaged during the war but has been rebuild to the same spec...well more or less. A lot more to read about its history inside the cafe itself. I have visited multiple time on Friday evenings which is bike nights and the experience and environmental is electric on a good summer day. Food is decent and you get your money's worth. They breakfast which I think is an all-day breakfast has a very good selection and good in taste too. For those looking for Ace merchendice there is an Ace Store inside the cafe where you can buy stickers, labels, t-shirts, hoodies, mugs and much more. A must visit if you are in London as a visitor and also happen to be a petrolhead.
Lovely owner, good coffee and just a great time in general.
My son and I popped in there today for something to eat and drink for the first time. My son had a Big Breakfast and added Chips to it, as well as a glass of water with ice. He thought the chips were a bit under done, and the plate a bit More
Vibrant cafe restaurant that hosts all sorts of car and motorcycle events. Hugely popular with the two-wheeled community.
Great cafe and nice food with a good vibe and it is a place that must be visited if you are a motorcycle enthusiast
I love the Ace cafe. But I am giving this review about a Rockers T shirt that I have recently ordered. I was really looking forward to it arriving but when I opened up the parcel I was very disappointed by the quality of it..
Rather than being printed into the fabric it was just an iron on rubberized transfer. I feel that I have paid top dollar for very poor quality.
If you are reading this Mark?.. I believe that you are a better man than that.. You have achieved amazing things. But please.. Sort out the quality issues with your T shirts..
Kindest Regards..
Bikers and car petrol heads home and rock and roll est 1938 my first visit in 40years with grandson treated myself to sausages and mash delicious!
A good day, a bit pricey but dj is just an animated juke box never 'DJ's just plays one record into next without any chat, pity we couldn't have fifties 'Flash' but sadly passed away early this year, he was a true professional DJ.
Great vibe, good service and facilities including parking /access. nice menu & prices.
Fantastic place to go if you'd like to go see modified cars on bikes.
I have always wanted to go there and finally did......mug of tea and sausage sandwich was spot on......felt very warm,English and homely.....l will go there again definitely
Ace was closed at 18h00, so no food and or drinks available ... and the police was just all arround blocking the whole street.
Nice place to enjoy food, drinks and nice people, with and without motorcycle...
Awesome food and nice EV car meet The canteen serve nice veg options too and the breakfast veg and non veg is delicious! The events here are great from music to car meet. I have been coming here for 15 years and it hasn't changed one bit since then. An authentic experience for petrol heads
Awesome meeting place for car and bike enthusiasts. Food is decent, but that's not really the main attraction. Check out the meetings schedule and go for the banter and social aspect.
Great place hope to see it someday. I live in Pennsylvania my mum's side is from England here's my jacket and bike in progress
Not very impressed and loads of weed smokers here too. Not what we expected to be honest....
i would give this place 5 stars for the bike nites and events but the food hear is so so so shocking it makes it 0 stars have no idea how to cook bacon comes out raw their samwidges look like they have had half filling eaten out of it by the waiter on the way to the table!!! they use the cheapest of cheap ingredients!!! might as well not serve food as they obviously cant .. 0 starts but iv added 2 for the events
A decent bikers cafe and meet-up place, Friday night bike night is busy and a good group. The breakfasts are also nice, could have a little more variety on the menu but still nice if you like a fry up.
Ace cafe in london is where i go to relax and enjoy the food its also a place where i gather on a regular basis to meet up with people from the BMW car community where we all get to see each others cars and the crazy modifying scene that car guys get up to, ace cafe is an iconic place in london and worth a visit.
Im a big fan of this place and its history but since i moved back here iv made it my go to place every Sunday even in this icy cold weather the coffee n the food makes it worth the trip every time love the triumph
Superb place for motorcycle meetups. Food average but the rest is worth every penny.
Incredible bucket-List location. Can't own a motorcycle without coming here atleast once!
Great food at very reasonable prices. A must visit for anyone who loves their motor transport. Watch the website for events
For a while the food was goong downhill. Had the full English and feel like its getting better. Keep it up.
If you are into cars or bikes or both good place to visit. Staff always friendly
Take a ticket for your food, they'll call you over the speaker system. Nice gift shop there too.
Great community of people.
Been there last year foe the "evening with Lyndon" great vibe, friendly people! And great beer!
One of the most iconic places to be in London, great food, great beer, great bikes and a wonderful atmosphere if you like motorcycles!
Definitely worth to go there!
One word; Awesome! This place has it all: History, attitude, authenticity, characters, stories, good food, beer, souvenirs and decent people to share stories with. Just watch the dodgy London traffic. Nightmarish for new riders. Be safe and stay the shiny side up.
This is a fantastic place to come to enjoy each other's company and everyone surroundings the host are so friendly the part people and the staff are excellent friendly happy atmosphere You get a positive vibe when you leave the place feeling happy and refreshed if you're feeling tired on the road come to the Ace curve have a cup of tea coffee if you fancy having food the food is excellent to me and my partner has been coming every weekend for breakfast and after Enjoy Alcohol Also you will see so many familiar faces that come on TV on bike shows and motor white shows Here a lot of bikes to see and learn from people who has older bikes well as new ones fantastic place to be enjoy income to this Ace caf been running for such a long time
Very cool American style diner with a fairly good sized menu . The chips were good.
Very nostalgic.50/60s atmosphere. Brought back happy memories. Good food reasonably priced.. Good to see the rockers with their wheels
Brilliant iconic cafe great bikes staff were good just a great day every biker should visit at least once in there life brilliant
It's an iconic place.
Food is average. Coffee is overpriced but that isn't why you visit. You go there to see cars, bikes and mingle with others who share your passion.
I'll never stop going to the ace cafe!
Love going there good food cheap large tea.But most Importantly lots of great bikes to see
Great ambience. You can almost taste the history..
If you're a biker you have to visit.
Very excited to visit such an iconic place! Lovely laid back environment. Really liked it
Everything was amazing the food the bikes it and the staff were so friendly.
Very good here, friendly people, very fast service. Everything perfect. And tasted it too !!! Gladly again. Thank you
British biking history. Great vibe, easy parking, food is good. Service is excellent. People here up for a good time. Great to experience a British biker community
Was my first time at Ace Cafe had a lovely time had a cup of tea and some cake great price not over expensive do lunch and dinner also live music . Love the atmosphere here, definitely coming back again.
Excellent afternoon and evening BMW car meet. Great food and fantastic atmosphere
This iconic location in its 80th year has a large parking area and large eatery. It attracts motoring enthusiasts globally and has a small shop for memorabilia and a long serving area . Prices are ok and the menu is varied with plenty to choose from . Tea and coffee are plentiful and beer is available on tap . It's a great place to visit . Check out group meetings, special days and car or bike runs on the internet . There's a bus stop virtually outside too .
Loved spending some time here has a great atmosphere . Will be come back again
Lovely Cafe, very friendly owner Mark, there were few of us to receive Kumar who drove all the way from Surat, India with 2 biker ladies. They achieved a amazing feat travelling 21k ks through 21 countries.
Mark and his team were fantastic with their hospitality along with all the bikers on site!
Excellent food and just a really nice place cool with a lot of history
Had a great time despite it being quiet (Covid) food as good and service friendly.
Popped in for a mug and a book for my dad as he used to come here on his Triumph 650 in the early 60s.
80 tomorrow and he still rides his 1200 Triumph and 750 Honda.
Not much to say a little over priced but that's London always something to see
Quick service, good food and staff friendly. A little too expensive though so please consider this. Wont stop me going there again though.
Very good food. Chicken and veg cottage pie was amazing.
This place is a must weather it's for people with Motorbikes or people with cars it's just the most iconic place to meet up and have good food and a good natter.
You get a friendly welcome and the service is always great, fast and plentiful. Thank you and will hopefully be back soon.
Iconic HQ of British Biking. Art Deco building. Proper grub, proper tea in a proper mug, John Barry Seven & The Walker Brothers on the jukebox. Friendly service. Perfect in its way.
Awesome breakfast.
Very nice and comfortable location.
Very friendly service
