I can't even begin to express a how grateful I am to have found Syberry. As a small startup that had no idea where to even start looking for the right people to build my application I quickly realized it was going to be a long, daunting, stressful process. And I knew it was going to be one of the most important decisions I was going to have to make. When I initially started contacting places it became obvious fast that they were just YES people trying to get the sale. Some we're even flat out rude and pushy. I got worried quick and knew it was going to be super important to take the time to do my due diligence to find the right company. I started by figuring out what kind of database and development my app needed to be coded in to be done right so I could ask the right questions. The process took months. When I finally found Syberry and called they not only answered when I called but I knew right away when they started asking me questions it was just as important to them to understand what I needed and if we were a good fit as opposed to just trying to get my business.
From the very beginning, they were extremely thorough and detailed the initial overall rough quote can back within days. They understand the importance of time in the startup world and that some apps and ideas need to get to the market asap. So they matched my anxiousness and responded by respecting my sense of hurry by acting quickly. They were never arrogant, cocky, or rude. Almost every other place I talked to were impatient and made me feel like all my questions were a burden. Syberry always answered all my questions and never made me feel like I needed to hurry up and make a decision like I was wasting their time. Once I decided to move forward, the process was extremely professional, organized, and respectful. They accommodated any changes; even last minute ideas were handled gracefully, and they were open and willing to try anything I wanted to accomplish. They gave feedback and suggestions when I asked but never made me feel like any of my ideas were bad or dumb. They respected my choices and did whatever I wanted. They treated me and my project like it was important, too. My project was very large and took about 18 months total from pre-development and finalizing design all the way through to development completion. And now it's been about 16 months of ongoing support. The entire project was always very well organized and all the projected timelines and deadlines were always hit. Any delays or extensions were caused by our own changes and even toward the end when we got closer they pulled in extra team to make sure we were ready, tested, and prepared for anything when we launched. They made me feel like they had my back the whole way through and still do to this day. Anytime I need anything they jump and treat me like I'm their only customer. You really couldn't ask for a better experience. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur like myself (bootstrapped), work for a corp., or have investors in place with resources available if the project expands and changes as you go, I don't think you could find a better company to manage and build your project. I get so many compliments on my application, and it has a lot of unique and complex development that I sincerely believe after going through this process that if you don't find the right people you can trust and count on it could be an absolutely miserable experience that could cost you a lot of money, time and even your dreams. Don't be naive and assume anyone can build your application. If you hire the wrong people and spend all your money, and it doesn't work, you will be sunk. Do yourself a huge favor and at least talk to Syberry. You'll know right way after comparing the communication and interest with anyone else you talk to that they not only know what the are doing but that they really care about you and your business and will be there for you the whole way through.
