For experience ( team lead ,group coordinator, managers) people don t come to this company (other state peoples) you will be forced to do entry job which has to done by fresher job . you can t do that you will tall ret and you terminate spot you don t have two month salary for termination . you come from which ever state you spend lot money to come here but they not pay you .. such as worst company based on here working people in few years 22 mangers 11 team leaders experienced people 30 around people left for the worst management .. first have to obey the people who working hard and smart for the company improvement here you delivery excellence you will receive nothing ..every day the management peoples not treated such a worst *****

Worst company ...No increment No benefit..
Fazil You are Correct they won t obey the employee working for them. Worst owner.. They don't believe anyone.
Management people who replying for all review . I m asking one thing what benefit did you provide to your employee??

These are the people who served you all their carrier
so you send them out to live in the rain ?

your paying meanings what ever you will speak means not the right thing

obey the employee first okay ..
pay them right pay and give them proper off and benefit
otherwise you will receive the karma soon like recent heart attack ..

Make sure you don't have personal life to live. Worst experience in my career. Employment would be terminated anytime.

My response to the owner -

Being a manager i played my part to the best of my capabilities and sincerity. My commitment to my team is unquestionable. If not you would have terminated me like how you terminated other managers in the last 1.5 years.

I was ready to serve notice period of 2 months, but you held my salary of the first month though i requested for the payment. It was not possible for me to run 60 odd days without getting paid. The one month notice period which i served was also not paid. So overall the lose has been only mine with no experience record for 2 years and a month salary. As far as selfishness goes, i did the transition even after knowing all this.

The working hours during Covid or even at the normal time had been more than 12 hours per day including Saturday and even i worked on Sundays too. Yeah surely i paid the company a good bonus.

Basic salary 8,500 with a 1-year contract compared to other medical company basic without contract 9500
Have to complete 1 year for casual leave of monthly 1 day
25 days working per month other medical company 22 days with 1 sick leave 1 casual leave 1 client off 1 Earn leave

Very Worst company to work. an employee receiving the highest hike is 2% but the company receiving more revenue. Other small us healthcare company running with lower project paying good hike and good facility. This company US healthcare-based company but no Saturday off no client off. The company owner his mentality based leave will be provided. more than 4 to 6 years you work you will be in the same designation. Before joining this company base rule, not a US-based company or India base it only based on the owner mentality company.
Guys beware worst company it's you will be terminated on the spot they don t pay you..No job guaranty in this company. please don t join this company.
