I have know the owner for a very long time . She is the best. I always love my nails and hair cuts.

This is one of the most professional salons around! The decor is modern and calm with a zen-like feel. The services are always of high quality with no short cuts. The owner is very hands on and always willing to take the time to give consultations for new and returning customers. The staff is friendly and approachable. LOVE IT!!!

Refused to give me an appointment and at her last salon that she owned, she tried charging me a $20 consultation fee which I thought was absolutely absurd! I was a long time customer. Too bad. Not the way you should be running a business!!!

Great Full Service Salon!! Love the new modern decor, how cozy and "at Home" I feel here. Most importantly, Michele's knowledge of cutting hair, matching hair color and highlights, lowlights and talented to do them together so you're not sitting around for hours. I feel like a million dollars every time I leave but don't feel like I spent a fortune for it!! Once you Michele and Switch 66, I guarantee you'll be back as a regular client.
