I've worked with this company off and on since 1996. I really can't recall any problems that I've had with this company. Staff is responsive. Dispatchers are knowledgeable, and not abusive as some companies would have. Their school is getting popular and also run by a knowledgeable staff.

This company is very rude, not professional. They don t care about their employees they just care about the money that s coming in. They don t give vacation time. IPSA makes employees use their sick days to take a vacation.The dispatch team is horrible they scream and talk to you with a attitude when you call out or tell you you can t call out.They take months to supply you with the proper uniform.
