Brandon did a wonderful job providing information on all the different mattresses and giving us great patience in selecting ours but also great patience with our kids who shopped with us! Very pleasant experience and will go back!

Each person I dealt with was courteous, prompt and helpful. The chair I got was exactly what I wanted and the delivery was on time. Even the delivery men were friendly and professional. My sales person, Brandon, was patient and attentive to my specific needs. What a great experience!

I called about a broken piece from my Lazy Boy recliner. Sarah, Herb Hays Service Dept, was very helpful. I sent her a picture of the piece. John, the repair tech, who came right over and replaced the broken piece. I was amazed at the quick response. We have been buying furniture from Herb Hays since we moved to Hopkinsville in 2004. This repair is one of the many reasons we deal with them

My husband and I went in today to buy a sofa and love seat, cash in hand. We found one we liked and was ready to pay. The sales person left and came back and said he was sorry it had to be ordered. He would not sell us the one on floor. Sorry Herb Hays you just lost a customer. We have lots more furniture to buy. But not from you.
