Came two hours after I called. Their technician was prompt, polite, and professional. He wore foot covers when in the house. He explained everything he was doing clearly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needed HVAC assistance.

Ac stopped working. I called and was able to get an appointment same day. Sheldon has done my maintenance before so it was nice to see a familiar face ( although everyone from one hour has been great). He diagnosed the problem and came back with the part after confirming I had a parts warranty that I was unaware of. Easy experience and quite pleasant. Glad to have my ac as it s getting hot out there

Francisco is an outstanding representative for an outstanding company. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this man. He was able to do the job with my dad standing over his shoulder watching his every move and trying to tell him how to do his job!

After requesting the manual, Dylan was able to get my mini-split back operational after discovering it low and coolant and tightening outside connections.

I thought they were great until the brand new AC they installed broke 10 days later, then after they fixed it, it broke again another 10 days later and when the tech left the second time he said quote the problem will come back in a few days and he left. Then when I spoke to the supervisor he said that he can get a tech out 5 days later to hopefully fix the brand new system for good. We ll see.

Kyle H was fantastic! My heat went out overnight and One Hour answered the phone on my first call, let me know my options, and had someone out to my house quickly but at my convenience. Kyle was patient and communicated well with me to give me my best options overall. Great value for the great price! Will highly recommend! Also, Thank you for your service, Kyle!

Poor job performed
One of the things our new fixer upper needed was to have the duct work cleaned. Well I can honestly say I don't believe they did a very good job. Once tech completed the job I removed one of the vents and the vent was still FILTHY. So I contacted office (Mandy) and NEVER heard a thing from them. They had no problem taking my $650 but cannot follow up on a poor job.
Also had to have the ducts sealed, which was an additional $1250, and the tech didn't repair the duct work when finished. After I pointed it out to the tech he said "oh its fine". He did eventually put tape over it. Just because the duct work is in the garage I guess he thought it didn't matter how it looked.

Cody is always prompt and professional! I am happy to see him when does our regular maintenance. He did an excellent job replacing our unit s fan today.
