We had mothers day booked there. May i firstly say the food was great. We paid $100 per head and when we went to order tea we were told this was extra. I am very disappointed that this was not included in our $100, and the price of the tea was ridiculous. $7.50! a cup

Amazingly central location with great staff and mostly outstanding service. Had 2 recent stays where the service provided by staff at reception and at the executive lounge were above expectations. Thiago at reception in particular appears to consistently go out of his way to be helpful and accommodating - a great asset to your hotel! We also used the spa facilities which were clean and had great treatments on offer. Service here was also thoughtful and personal - we will definitely return! As an Accor plus platinum member I was a little disappointed that our spend at the spa does not count towards points but as it s an independently run business I understand that cannot be helped. Breakfast at the main restaurant had a vast range of options and awesome juices. I d recommend this above breakfast at the executive lounge.

Loved this hotel. Got two joining rooms and they decked out the second room for my kids with toys and themed beds. Amazing! We had to get room service for dinner on the first night as my kids wouldn't leave the room. Honestly they did a better job than the Disneyland hotel in LA.

Great service, friendly staff. Building is in a very convenient location, very quick to access CBD. Room was quite nice.

Only gripes was the room service was a little pricier than usual, with a ridiculous $8 delivery fee tacked on. The pillows on the bed were also horrible, and the AC was difficult to control (dial kept flashing and reverting to default temperature??)

Service was excellent, they managed to give us early check in, and the best part they surprised us with a bottle of wine as our honeymoon gifts. Very sweet of them and will choose to stay in Swissotel again!

Nice hotel in CBD centrally located and well rounded services. Nicely stocked coffee and tea setups in rooms. Front desk was friendly and attentive. Felt it lacked in the wow factor, thus gave it only 4 stars. Didn't care for the required two lifts to get to our room, one takes you to 8th floor reception the other to your room.

Would recommend but felt like a $200/night 4.5 star and not a true 5 star experience.

Such a family-friendly hotel to stay in. The rooms were spacious and complete with amenities. There were rooms that were designed specifically for kids which my children highly appreciated and loved. The staff were very accommodating and polite. They made sure that we have everything that we needed during our stay! The food was delicious! Looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel has a great location and tidy rooms. Please listen carefully and listen carefully to the requests. In particular, the staff called thiago helped me a lot. Kind and pleasant. The bedding is really easy. Feeling wrapped around body !!!

On a c ouple of ocasions I have had the privilege to dine in at Swissotel Sydney, food is always delicious and pastry mouth watering just from looking at it. Hotel it self is as promised 5*, and a aromatic essence of Swiss Alpine garden accompanies you where ever you go ( a mixture of flowers and herbs) , i higly recommend this place, its on top of Myer on Market str so it's really easy to access once you are in CBD

Pros

Pros
- Centrally located.
- Neat & Clean rooms.

Cons
- Breakfast option okay, coffee not good at all (smelly).
- Check in / check out process not good at all.
Had to wait for at least 20 mins in a queue to checkout. Something they could definitely improve

I didn t stay at the hotel but I did go to the spa. OMG there are no words to describe how beautiful and amazing the spa was. It was clean and all staff were helpful, funny and kind. The complimentary cake and drinks were beautiful.

We swam spent time in the jacuzzi and went to the sauna. The tea room was beautiful and the teas were so delicious.

I got a facial, Body Scrub and a massage. I feel so clean and I look glowing.

I would highly recommend this day spa .

Both my partner and myself were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of room as well as the friendliness from staff who were very attentive to our needs. Buffet breakfast was nice with a good selection of foods, however keeping the food levels plentiful was lacking which was maybe due to being understaffed for a Sunday breakfast service. Hotel Bar during the evening was also a great experience, friendly and we'll mannered staff providing a great selection of both local and international craft beers and amazing cocktails. This hotel was wonderful and would definitely recommend.

Bad for family, staff not friendly towards children, also house keeping staff not respectful to "do not distrupt" sign, and will ring the bell regardless........
furthermore on Aug 17, we received a poor revenge from the House Keeping people from this hotel by purposely NOT cleaning our room from 10:45am to 8pm. And when we called the hotel for cleaning, the person showed up gave us a lecture and showed us a LONG face plus kept on complaint us.... when I called the front desk trying to talk to a manager, it took me 2 phone calls and 45min wait.
I asked to speak to the general manager, but the front desk manager told me only the "Manager On Duty" is available.
A hotel with security issue, house keeping issue, and customer responding issue, and drainage issue......and the general manager is "not in" .
Are you still having face to call yourself a 5 Star hotel.

I was underwhelmed. For the price of a 5 star hotel it felt like a 3 star. I'm also not accustomed to paying extra to use the fitness center and pool, that was a real disappointment. The hot tub was only half full of water, who does that! I also spent some time in the Spa, the staff were nice but my $120 massage was way overpriced for what received. When I comeback I'll be looking elsewhere.

It is close to walking to the sights of downtown Sydney, its facilities are clean, it is luxurious and the staff is friendly ... If you do not mind walking a bit or if you can use it for a while, Sydney is a really good place to ... It was close to the Mumpum Tour site and it was great.

A weeklong stay for work. Got a room on the 14th floor. The view wasn't that great, but the room was good. They give you a complementary cellphone with free unlimited data and free calls to many countries. The phone was very useful. I had in-room dining one night. The food was OK. While I was there, the teams and family for US and one another country was staying there. They handled the rush pretty well.

An excellent place to stay, with rooms for the travelling Business Man or Woman or some pretty awesome themed kids rooms.

The dining and bar areas downstairs whilst pricey is still very nice and tranquil with fantastic views.

If you're a Le' Club Accor member there are also added benefits to staying here.

Good oasis of calm amid the busy streets of Sydney, with the pool as wonderful chillaxing environment, in the heat of mid summer. Staff are very helpful and attentive ~ making for a very pleasant stay.

Very poor service... We had to order more bread 3times before getting enough to finish our cheese fondue (there was a serious proportional issue between bread and cheese from the beginning) only to realise in the end that each small portion was 6aud ^^ staff was neither nice nor helpful. This place is way too expensive for the quality of the food or for the customer service. To avoid absolutely!

The hotel staff are friendly & welcoming. Especially Ben from conceige who helped to arrange our day trip to Blue Mountains & the Whale Watching Cruise.

Centrally located. Lots of shopping malls & restaurants around. Good food. 10mins walk to Darling Harbour, 20mins walk to Circular Quay.

The room is extremely spacious with 2 double beds. Bathroom is huge. The room comes with an international adaptor, which really comes in handy for charging phones & laptops.

The only setback was that the bedsheet seemed like it wasn't changed when we first check-in. Found hair and dirt on the bed. Otherwise would have given them 5 stars.
